This is an interesting light. You don't see many bathroom light fixtures that can change the angle of the light so freely like this light. It rotates up and down for direct or angled light projection. Install was simple and everything you need is included. The brightness is enough for a hallway bathroom. This fixture uses LED lights and no bulbs. This is great for energy efficiency but not so much when the light goes out as you have to replace the entire fixture. LED is usually rated for 20,000+ hours however I've seen some go out much sooner. I had one annoying issue with this light could have been caused my the old gang boxes inside of my house I renovated. The included round plate does not sit dead center on the gang box. In this case it was a pancake style box from 1979. Due to this I had to offset the plate and it caused the light to not completely cover the drywall cutout around the gang box. I repaired the drywall but it was annoying to fix. I feel the mounting plate can be improved but this could just be a isolated issue. ... show more

I got this light for our bathroom remodel and was going for a modern look with gold/brass colors so this light fit the bill perfectly. Installation, according to my electrician, was fairly simple. I got a round mirror to match this light and placed it above the mirror. The light itself is perfect for a bathroom and it has an adjustable tilt feature so you can move the light up or down until you get the spread/angle that you want. I question replacing the bulb when it wears out, but since it’s LED it shouldn’t be for a while. I really like this light and highly recommend. ... show more

The light was easy to install and fairly light weight. The fixture puts off an adequate amount of light. The design of the fixture, points the light downward which is not uncommon for a bathroom light. As stated in the headline, wife says it looks like a large version of light you put over a painting.
