The safety locker is not heavy and can be carried by one person. This safety locker has two separate spaces. The upper one can only be opened with a key and can hold some documents or valuables. Bought this for a family member who likes to hunt and has 3 small kids after seeing his guns just sitting inside a closet with no protection against curious kids or otherwise. Fits his 3 hunting guns perfectly and could put in a few more if you had them. Also he liked the separate top safe for other small important items to keep secure and organized. Several other models have a top shelf but I like the separate cabinets better as you don't need to open the large main door just to grab pictures/letters/etc. that you might keep up top. Overall very happy with the purchase and would highly recomend as very reasonable priced security and piece of mind, especially for someone with guns and kids in the same house!! ... show more

    • Gets the job done.
Does exactly what it is supposed to do. Reader isn't easiest to setup, and the keypad/print reader feel a little cheap. Is a little smaller than expected for the price. One thing that did really bother me is that I couldn't put my rifle in the way you would expect it to fit with a scope on it, it prevented the door from shutting. So my rifle is in there sideways, not a huge deal for now until I get more to put in there. It's not super thick steel or anything but feels heavy and sturdy enough to keep some things safe. And the keys that came for the top lock look really nice, and there is a REALLY satisfying clicking noise when you unlock/lock it. I'm happy with the purchase, although seems like I may have found same thing just a hint cheaper from what I looked at. Worth it, just a little pricey for what it is. Not a safe, more like a secure cabinet but it serves its purpose. Code and finger print easy to set up. Spacious, however it WILL NOT fit rifles with scopes attached so I just put them sideways. It is top heave and easy to tilt so I would recommend have some furniture around it or use the bolts to secure to the wall. After 6 months it broke on me it will not lock and it will not stay closed with alil bit of pressure it opens I do not recommend this it’s really cheap made were it locks point of haveing a safe it’s to keep your things safe and it dose not

    • Nice, but there's room for improvement
First off the packaging that the safe was shipped in was bullet proof! Nicely done - no damage. I can see where other say that rifles with scopes don't fit. I have a shotgun with a scope and I turned it 180 and it fits nicely with the scope. Here are the two areas that can be improved upon. 1. The instructions are not clear - I eventually figured it out, but, not much help from the printed instructions. 2. The metal is flimsy on the outer case (door is beefier). I bolted the safe down to my wood floors and the safe rocks back and forth because the base metal is flimsy. I second piece of metal or even a piece of cut plywood might help that. Overall I like the room up top for handguns. I bought some pistol organizers off of Amazon that fit well and hold 5-6 pistols. Worth the buy if you're not looking for something as secure as Fort Knox. ... show more

This review is after 2 months usage. The all I want to say is I can’t expect more for this sturdy safe case storage our weapons and other important stuff It’s need quite a time to understand the way to login your fingerprints and password, but after register, every time I tried my fingerprint or password is working smoothly. It’s also heavy enough that kids can’t open it easily. Overall, I do really happy for this purchase ... show more
