This product has the worst directions I’ve ever seen. Nothing comes labeled or numbered, and you left to guess with pictures. I can’t understand why the safe wouldn’t come pre assembled or at least partially pre assembled. Furthermore, there is no room to assemble screws in the safe once it’s pieced together. You have to bend the draw in order to get it to shape - as it comes as a flat sheet. Rather than saving on packing size, they should focus on making the experience better for the customer. Safe works perfectly for my needs, easy to put together, really sturdy and sleek design. Not too heavy. Great value for money. Love the fact you can bolt both cabinets together to creat one unit or leave as two separate units.

Item meets the description and seems sturdy with multiple shelves and overall a good safe, but item came damaged and the bottom shelf is not usable due to the damaged frame. I forced it place as to accomodate the empty hole or space, but definitely inspect ypur packages and pueces prior to building. The safe will serve its purpose for me, but kinda disappointed it came damaged. 2 very big and heavy boxes, so be aware. Also returning this seems more of a hassle than just dealing with the issue i personally encountered. ... show more

    • Good, reasonably secure storage for the money.
First, don't think of this as a true safe. It is not THAT secure. The bolts are visible in the panel gaps and could be reached by a sawsall. I will not experiment to see how difficult they are to cut through, but I'm sure there are blades and the local hardware store capable of such. The sheet steel is perhaps a little thicker than on a file cabinet, but not reinforced. This will keep out curious young children, which is my intended purpose, but not someone determined and equipped with common tools. I knew that when I bought it, so I am not disappointed, but want to make sure others know what they are buying to ensure this fits their own security needs. This is a good solution for the price. I can fit all firearms with room to spare and lock the ammo up in the adjoining cabinet. The cabinet is accessed with a separate key (no digital lock for that part). There is a drawer with a third separate key which can store some accessories. There are predrilled holes to anchor to a wall and to connect the two cabinets. The door panel storage is not particularly sturdy, but seems up to the task of holding loaded magazines (if you choose) and a full size handgun, though I would expect them to last forever under daily removal and return. The light that comes with it is functional, but very cheap and could easily be replaced if it fails. The digital lock works reasonably well and takes 4 AA batteries. I do not know if there is a way to disable the button beeps, but they are rather loud. That could be good or bad depending on your intended use case. The locking mechanism is strong enough to withstand the torque children could apply, at least. As for assembly, it took me about an hour to do each cabinet. Use your own screwdriver, the one they supply will wear out on the provided self tappers. I struggled a bit with a few of the screws on the cabinet tops as it becomes awkward to apply enough torque to really get some of them in, but most went home. Shelf heights are not adjustable, but you can remove them. This product met my expectations. ... show more

Bought this gun locker for my home to keep everyone safe! Locker is very sturdy and has plenty of room for all your guns and other belongings. There are 2 lockers that can be used together or stand alone! There are 2 boxes. Basically one for each piece! Defiantly need 2 people to assemble this.     • Seller only sent the side cabinet!
The seller only sent the side cabinet with the shelves. I've contacted the seller via Amazon and I'm currently waiting for a response. I'm trying to be patient but from a customer stand point this is unacceptable. I went with this specific seller because I was garrantied to get it sooner that the other options. Now here I am waiting for a response and hoping they get the actual safe to me immediately. On a side note. There are no instructions. If you aren't the type that can easily figure out assembly, this might not be the product for you. If you're looking for a product that can't easily be broken into, this is also not the product for you. If you're looking for something affordable and basic, something that can store rifles, hand guns, and ammo and prevent you kids from getting to them. Then this will work for you. This is thin sheet metal that all screws together. It doesn't bolt together. I wish it was welded. Will update this review when I get this issue resolved. ... show more
