At first I liked the dog carrier. But after just one time used ( couple of hours), the plastic snaps became weak (flimsy) and have already started to crack and not hold together well. I wish I had bought a stronger one ( possibly more expensive one )

Nice concept, but unlike other models of this carrier, it does not have the front cross strap to keep dog in proper position. I have a 14lb shih tzu mix, 16" long, and the size small did not work. I had to physically pull forward and hold on to shoulder straps to keep my dog in proper position, and straps were to tight for it to be comfortable to use. ... show more

Love this backpack. Very little learning curve. Walked around the yard a bit and then hit the road on the bike. He loved it! My little Pomchi is 9.5lb and 13 inches long. I opted for the Small and it fits him perfectly. Very well made with lots of safety measures built in so both Nobi and I feel secure. First of all I appreciate this company for inventing this product. However I have issues. I got the size small trainer model. This model as it says is for training the dog to be comfortable and is probably okay for walking. But ti did not work for biking. First of all not enough cinch up top, so my dog who is long enough but of smaller girth will pull himself out because there is so much opening up top, so he gets his legs out easily. I have tried small pillows to keep in place I have jerry rigged backpacks before and even without a collar hook, the dogs stay in place, but here the dog can choke id he forces himself out specially if the center zipper is not locked by the top strap. For biking the lack of any rigidity is an issue. I may try their other products as well. They caution using this model for biking unless you are just biking upright. . The pouch is also useless if you ride crouched down like a bike with drop bars. I tried it for almost 2 weeks but I ran out of options to keep the pet secure. ... show more

We love this, it would have gotten more stars but the carbiner is unusable with a harness... my dog is 5.8 I'll and long... we rolled up a towel in the bottom so she can actually keep her arms in the harness. It works great, especially when hiking in rough terrain, keeps her warm and dry!

The construction of the back pack is good. I have a small Italian greyhound and she fits snug. My one complaint is the shoulder straps are not to comfortable. I’m tall 6’1” and I have the straps extended all the way and it’s still difficult to get the pack on.

We love this unfortunately there is zero storage so be prepared for that. It has a little spot for a water bottle but is very small and if you go on a long hike its not enough water for you and your dog.
