JUST received it and have yet to try it out and about so I can’t really speak for its durability or sturdiness yet but from what I’ve used it around the house just setting it up and having my dog try it out I think it’ll be just what I’m looking for. Carrier itself is interesting and assembles three parts that zip up together. I like that it doesn’t collapse on itself and holds its shape even when it’s being used as a backpack. I have tried other backpacks but they seem to squish my dog against me which causes her to braces herself like she feels like she’s going to flop out. My dog is a 20lb westie terrier. She has a progressive lung disease (pulmonary fibrosis) and she now can only do very short distances. I still want to be able to take her on her walks so I decided to get her a good quality stroller/backpack. It’s actually a good size for what I was looking for: she is able to hop into it and turn around. It would not be very roomy if I was to zipper it up but she could still fit ok. I was mainly looking for something that she could sit in and have her head sticking out to enjoy the view, and this is the perfect size for that. Any larger would be awkward to push around or carry on my back. It was very easy to assemble, however, the instructions are just pictures on one sheet of paper to assemble all 5 modes; it would’ve been nice if there was a bit more information so I knew I was doing it correctly- I had an extra piece with one of the wheels and it took me a little while to figure out where it went. The orange color is pretty striking, I was really hoping to get the pink but I couldnt seem to find it in stock anywhere so settled on orange and I think it looks nice. Overall I think I will be very happy with this purchase, and so will my dog which is the important thing. I’ve bought other backpacks and things for a lot cheaper and they always seem to let me down. Figured I’d spend a bit more money and get a decent product- so far so good. I will update this review if I find otherwise. Backpack: used it as a backpack today- worked well, Cartier itself is not very heavy (it was heavy with my 20lb dog in it but that’s because I’m hiking with a 20lb dog on my back not because of the carrier) she seemed to like it and did well in it. 5 month UPDATE: Stroller still working great for my needs! I mainly only use the backpack and stroller function. I did have to modify the stroller to be a bit taller for me, I’m 5‘10“ and the handle bar was just too low for comfort so I made a taller handle out of PCV Tubes and I had to add another pad to the backpack strap because it only had one pad, I think this is for the carrier use function, otherwise I am still very satisfied with this product. ... show more

    • Very Versatile
I have purchased many pet carriers in the past, but this one is definitely the most versatile. I have a rolling backpack carrier from another company, but it was nowhere near as comfortable to wear as this one as a backpack. All 5 functions work very well and it was creatively engineered via straps and velcro. It is very helpful to watch their youtube video of how to assemble and use this product. It was extremely easy to use and assemble thanks to that video. I purchased this carrier for my pet bunny who is about 2.5 pounds, so it is perfect for him to have a small litterbox of hay and his blanket. My 18 pound maine coon mix cat also can fit in it, but it is a little small for him (but again I did not purchase this for my cat so it's not an issue for me). The carrier itself is nicely engineered and has pockets that are shaped well for both shoulder strap and backpack carrying. One note that I have is that because the shoulder straps are not padded, it might be a bit uncomfortable if you have a heavier pet. The stroller wheels are sturdy and are spinner style so it's very easy to roll on a variety of surfaces. Also the carrier attaches to it very cleanly. It also has a nice water bottle holder and tray along with a decent storage area on the bottom of the stroller. The roller bag style I have not used, but it looks sturdy and the carrier attaches easily. It seems similar to my other roller bag style carrier, which is like a rolling backpack/suitcase. Having the various options on this carrier makes it worth it's high price tag. Also the customer service was amazing. I wanted to order this when it was out of stock, and I emailed them about this product. They contacted me back very quickly and told me they would notify me when it was back. As soon as it was back, I received an email from them. They were extremely helpful and friendly. I purchased the apple green color because I wanted to make sure that if it's dark that it could still be visible. It's a really nice color in person. I think this carrier will work well for me and my bunny for car trips since it fastens into the seatbelt well and because there is ample room for his litterbox etc. I will try to update this post in the future to see how it holds up over time. ... show more
