This is the second bike after the first was returned. The first one was damaged upon receiving it. The power connector was crushed (probably from the factory). The second is going back too. The gear shifting mechanism is damaged and unusable right out of the box. JUNK!!!!’

First of all, the bikes ship very quickly, packaged very well, and customer service is exactly what we’d all wish for in every company. Easily built, these bikes are very well made. Beautiful paint, components are not cheap parts, and a smooth solid ride. Zippy fast, so watch out. Peddle assist 1 is enough for most rides. We just cruise. We got two wild cats, but realized it was much too big for the misses. No problems returning and getting the smaller Rocky pro. Glad we did. A great bike for someone smaller. She’s 5’2, I’m 6’2. Both are sized perfectly for each of us. We haven’t rode far enough to challenge the battery life, but I’m sure they are ample enough for long rides. The packaging was excellent, and the assembly was very straightforward. By carefully reading the instructions and following the steps, it takes about 40 minutes to set up. The removable battery makes charging even more convenient. I love its wide tires and shock absorbers/suspension, which allow for an almost bump-free experience on various terrains. I rode for most of the day with a full charge and it didn't lose much power. The dashboard is very beautifully designed, and it can display the power level, speed and mileage. This E- bike is the 2nd one I bought from Amazon . I would say the deliver staffs are very helpful . Pull this heave weight package in the rainy day and leave it without getting wet , i greatly appreciate their service . This e bike is different like the previous one I had because this one can take extra people in the back . So our whole family can go out for fun together. The assembly is very easy and the front light is super bring so we can ride in the night time as well. They have different mode to adjust so you can choose the mode you like .
