My three favorite things about this couch: 1. Came in two medium size boxes. 2. I could carry each piece down the narrow stairwell and through the narrow doorway. 3. Easy to assemble. The reason why I got this couch was to accommodate my guests who come to stay with us. I have a basement that has a bedroom and living room area. So this couch will not be sat on every day and will have a temporary use. For that purpose, I think this couch is perfect. I also will not be as heart broken if it gets ruined by accident. I would recommend getting felt pads for the bottom of the feet if you have hardwood or laminate flooring (FYSA, they're plastic feet). The fabric seems like a cat's dream to scratch and may be a magnet for fur. The cushions are firm with springs in the seats. They're taking a while to fluff up. I do wish that the cushion covers had zippers so I can wash or refluff at a later time. However, I love the size and functionality. ... show more

Oof let’s start with the pros. Pros: Incredibly easy to assemble and only took about twenty minutes maybe less, and it for the most part it’s pretty comfy. I don’t love couches that I sink into so it’s fine. The shipping was quicker than I thought and it arrived earlier than it was suppose to. Cons: If you’re taller than 5’7 than the chaise is going to be too short, the couch isn’t very tall. Good if you need seating but it’s not going to be longterm ... show more

I needed a couch for a small space without spending a ton of money. Based on the reviews I read and the price, I took a chance. I bought this just before the holidays and had to connect with customer service through some shipping delays which I had anticipated. Their customer service was great, contacted them through email and they were very responsive. That was a major plus since I was not familiar with this company. Received two boxes by Fedex and everything was packed well and easy to assemble. While the couch is not Ashley Furniture, it's definitely worth the savings and is comfortable enough that I have no complaints. Looks nice, is lightweight and works well for what we needed. Thought I’d leave an honest review from my perspective. This couch is so beyond uncomfortable. It would be pretty against a wall and staged but unfortunately people usually buy couches to use them for daily purposes. I’m 5’5 and can lay straight on the couch but cannot sit comfortably on the chaise portion. Also, the back is slanted inwards as you can see from the photos. When I requested a refund and sent photos, they stated it was incorrect which MAY be so but this is how the pieces clicked in... they don’t and wouldn’t click in any other way than pictured. Overall this third party seller stated they’d refund me $100 total due to the cost of returning it being more than $300 so I’m still waiting to hear back from them on that and will be updating my review with what they say for seller information purposes of the review. ... show more

The sofa is extremely easy to assemble and small in size - I believe it is ideal for model furniture or for the single man. The ottoman can also double as a nice comfortable chair as well as a leg rest. I ran into a situation where my circumstances at home changed and the vendors of the sofa worked with me on a very generous refund. I highly recommend them. ... show more

This couch is easy to assemble, comfortable, stylish, and perfect for my small studio. It's a great price for what you get, compared to other more expensive couches. One star taken off because the couch isn't an exact match the photos - the back of my couch actually has kind of an awkward seam/break between the first and second cushion. It's not terrible, but it doesn't match the smooth back on the photos. Overall, great couch, I would purchase again. But don't be surprised if it's not an exact match to the photos. ... show more
