A knowledgeable friend recommended this body cam. I wanted something to document confrontations with an unpleasant person in my neighborhood. The idea being that I could use a video if-and-when I might need to file a Harrassment Restraining Order. This is affordable. It works as described in the manual. My only suggestion would be to make the type in that manual BIGGER. For the body cam to fulfill its potential, I need to get thoroughly familiar with its functions, which are very straightforward. Audio was not great, but I have not spent a lot of time trying to hit the sweet spot for audio. I will resubmit to this review if I am able better dial-in audio recording. ... show more

Worked for 5 minutes, but with terrible sound quality that could have passed for one of those distorted meme videos. Then, it stopped recording sound for all the videos taken. It still recorded sound on the microphone mode, but not when I took videos. I followed the manual trying to reset the device and it refuses to reset. I connected it to my computer and it still doesn't play audio for any video. So now I own a silent camera and a garbage desposal sound maker if I just want to record sound. I bought this garbage device on sale, but it was still not worth the 80ish bucks I spent. DO NOT BUY THIS DEVICE IF YOU ACTUALLY NEED TO DEPEND ON IT. ... show more
