    • Slow now frozen
This is complete junk! Out of the box, the computer was noticeably slower than the 10+ year old laptop that I was replacing. The sound would cut out randomly. And now, it froze on the start up screen. I can't even enter my PIN, the keys stopped working. Ridiculous and a waste of money!!
