The laptop took 2 hours to load. The bottom was hot as it charged. I decided it wasn't worth it. It took another 3 hours to reset to factory features. Not worth it.

    • Laptop is great, customer service.... Off the chain amazing
I purchased a laptop I need for my online design classes from these folks around Christmas and much to my dismay, when I received it, it was not a touchscreen. Because of my interior design classes as well as my work as an interior designer, touchscreen is a MUST so I contacted them for an exchange. They were super easy to work with, I returned the laptop and ordered one with a touchscreen instead. I received the new laptop and wax so busy all I had done was the initial setup and installed office. The first time I actually used it I noticed a few cracks in the corner like it had been dropped in transit. I contacted the company and despite having had it for a week before noticing they quickly agreed to let me exchange it. Their policy is to wait until they receive an item before sending a replacement, which normally would not be an issue. But because my classes started a few days after contacting them I asked if they would send the replacement once they saw the old one had been dropped off and was in transit. I honestly did not expect they would say yes but to my amazement, they agreed and sent me the return label right away. Unfortunately, the next day I found myself with COVID and was crazy sick for a week and unable to drop the laptop at Staples to ship back so I'm still waiting for the replacement to arrive but that's not their fault. The laptop itself is very nice. It's small, but I need it small because I walk around with it showing clients product and a bigger one is too cumbersome. I will say that the small size can make typing a bit challenging, if you have large fingers or are a sloppy typist I'd say get one at least the next size up. The ALT key, especially the right one, gets in the way at times which can be frustrating but not enough to warrant a bigger size. At least not for my needs. The touchscreen works smoothly and overall I was impressed the functionality, at least for the hour or so that I actually used it. The real gem is the vendor, their customer service and willingness to accommodate their customer is quite spectacular and has guaranteed that when I need another laptop I will buy it from them.
