Good PC for the money, not gonna break any speed records, but good enough for web surfing, basic document editing. Only real issue is the Power port. Seems flimsy and most likely not service friendly if it is damaged.

The laptop works, and has a bearable internet speed, but I would expect more from this with its price tag. The computer itself it glitchy despite hardly being used, the trackpad is terrible for anything beyond moving the mouse and left clicking, the audio isn’t worth mentioning, the entire laptop creeks with movement, the materials feel cheap, and last but not least, the battery and charging is questionable. I have to recharge my battery every time i open it as the battery life vanishes regardless of if it’s on or not, the charging connection is flimsy, and as i’m writing this, my computer is running while being at 0% battery. Even restarting did not fix the issue. I would recommend anything but this for students. At least it works though- ... show more

Just got this 2 days ago and really like it. Super fast with so much RAM. The monitor is beautiful. Wish it had keyboard lighting. For less than $400...it's a bargain The only thing that could be better is the sound, pretty tinny.

Could not believe I didn't see it has no camera. The lessor version had a description of a camera so I assumed this one did to. Well the saying proved to be true about assuming. I did not know they even make laptops without a camera. The ads were not very clear.

I knew nothing about Jumper computers but thought I would take a chance. It arrived on time and start up was simple. Have used it a couple of months and it seems to be a good laptop for the price.
