I really could not say more good things about this little bar stool! The colors in my kitchen space are white and gray so this fit in 100% perfectly and it looks so nice and chic! This came very well packed and there were no scratches scrapes or paint missing whatsoever on any of the pieces. The directions were very clear and easy to read and my husband was able to put this together in under 20 minutes easily! It came with all the hardware and necessary tools as well. The size dimensions matched up perfectly with the ad so it fit perfectly in the space that I needed it to! It is very sturdy and can easily hold me or my husband. After putting it together everything is sturdy and the legs are all flat on the ground so there is no tilting or any issue with the length of the legs. The cushion is very soft and very nice and well made! The attention to detail on this stool is really out of this world! I could not be happier with this for my kitchen! I'm going to have to purchase another one to make it a set of two as my counter space that I had available was more than I thought! If you're looking for a nice little stool and this matches your color scheme I definitely recommend scooping this up! Definitely worth every penny by how well made it is! This is a stylish, comfortable stool. The faux leather and nail-head trim look great and add a little extra. I think it would have been nice if the seat had buttons in the tufted areas as well. The height is just right for sitting at a bathroom counter vanity. Assembly of the frame portion was fairly simple. However, when it came to attaching the frame to the bottom of the cushion, it would have been nice if there were some kind of marking to align the holes with—you pretty much just have to eyeball it. I was afraid I would need to drill holes for this, but I was able to insert the provided screws directly into the cushion without any drilling. The adjustable feet on the bottom (screw in/out) work great for leveling it to any surface. The metal frame is nice and sturdy; however, I think I would have preferred a wooden frame. Love the color and texture of the seat cushion fabric. Plus, it's padded well and comfortable to sit on! I had no issues assembling. (Trust me, I did it alone and I'm not the greatest with instructions.) Works for me!

This stool is comfortable, with the firm padding allowing you to sit on it for hours. There is an issue with building it, which the instructions do not mention. The cross pieces you install must be put in with the shorter end at the top (it makes sense if you think about it). I have attached a photo to show what I mean. If you install it incorrectly, the holes will not line up, and you won’t be able to assemble it. If you make a mistake when assembling it, and the holes don’t line up, you have the cross pieces upside down, and you will have to take it apart and turn the cross pieces upside down (see photo). It is a sturdy stool and will easily support a 300-pound person. It comes with extra bolts (in case you drop one and can’t find it) and an Allen wrench to assemble it. You will also need a Phillips screwdriver (both #1 or #2 seem to work). The other trick to assembling it is to put all the cross pieces in first and then start the bolts in the holes. I can certainly recommend this stool. It also comes with extra ‘feet’. The feet allow you to level it, although when I put it together and put it on a level floor, it was perfectly level without having to adjust the leveling screws. I recommend it. ... show more

This is a counter height bar stool, not a bar height stool. Kitchen counters usually need a counter height bar stool between 24 and 26 inches because counters are about 36 inches. Kitchen islands vary a lot, and can be between 36 to 42 inches and you might need a bar stool if your island is high. This stool can work for desks and vanities and extra seating. This will look nice in a traditional, earthy, organic, home. The fabric top can soften the look of hard marble, but keep in mind if it's in the kitchen you'll need to clean the fabric. This bar stool was easy to assemble; all necessary tools and parts were included. The counter height is great and is comparable to the other stools I have in my kitchen. This one is infinitely more comfortable with the wide, padded top. It feels very sturdy and solid. I like that there are "dials" on the feet so that it can be set level on an uneven surface. The color of the fabric is gray but veers ever so slightly to green. I also noted that the "rivets" securing the fabric are a bit uneven in placement. ... show more
