I was skeptical buying this product. Shipped a day earlier. Product is pretty decent for the price, would I buy again if they break for sure. This isn’t a top notch product you buy for elegance, or comfort but for your usual home with pets and kids it’s perfect. Seems durable enough to withstand so far. I did however get one seat that had what looked like a razor tear in it (I didn’t use a blade to open the package but did come in damaged). Contacted the seller and replied within 10 min. Also send me a replacement seat that was cut swiftly which is a hard find. I give 5 stars because of shipping issues are not the sellers fault unless offering cost to ship for fragile materials. ... show more

I honestly would have given 5 stars, except the box came EXTREMELY crushed, ripped and punctured all over (most likely due to the abuse of shippers). Luckily the cushions were not damaged in any way, as for the metal frames there were a lot of pieces that were scratched, missing paint, and rusted. It was not worth it to me to return it. Also there was an orange dust (rust) over and in some of the plastic covering the metal pieces, along with a white dust. Assembly took forever because it was difficult to align the holes when screwing the pieces together. The chairs themselves are elegant looking and pretty comfortable....so for that they get 5 stars. I only wish the metal wasn't so damaged. ... show more

1 out of 6 chair fittings are missing Stuffs are scattered in the cardboard Also, metal fittings and a part of the chair are rusted. Is it really brand new items? I assembled 5 chairs.（5of6) But I think it's a scam to sell a rusty product as new.
