  • This thing is solidly made and smartly built.
Color: Gray
I love how slick the enclosure looks for the stand. I also like how it has extra slots for things you're going to need in order to play games on a big screen there is a USB slot for either a controller or a keyboard mouse combo. It's also a really good way to charge your steam deck. My only issue is that it I if I had not had the AC adapter that came with the steam deck I probably wouldn't have been able to use it. But if you don't have the AC adapter for your steam deck then where did you exactly get it? Anyway there are other AC adapters by this manufacturer that will help. Solid solid performance. ... show more

  • Works great
Color: Gray
This dock works great with my OLED Steam Deck, and it fits without issue even with a case on it. The display to HDMI works without issue, as well. I didnโ€™t notice any input lag, though I primarily use this for file transfers to the SteamDeck and not so much for TV connection. My only real โ€œgripeโ€ with the dock, as odd as it may sound, is the texture. If you attempt to plug in the USB to the back without looking, you will immediately notice a very unpleasant texture when the USB cord end moves against the surface of the dock. Almost as if thereโ€™s a very, very high โ€œgritโ€ to it. But obviously this doesnโ€™t hinder the performance or anything at all, so it would be crazy to hold that against it. ... show more

  • Great budget alternative to official Steam Deck dock
Color: Gray
This is, as far as I can tell, the best budget alternative to the official dock. It's lightweight, easy to set up and travel with, and it works perfectly well as a home dock for my tv. Two nitpicks to consider: the steam deck rear vents (for the LCD model, anyway) overlap with the dock when centered (see picture), so you need to dock the deck slightly off center. Also, the drawback to being lightweight is that it could feel cheap, though the dock has traveled with me a lot, so build quality is not a concern to me. ... show more

  • Stopped Working After 3 Months of Light Use
Color: Gray
Edit: Customer service was super great and let me trade in for a new one which has lasted almost a year now with no problems. Great accessory. I really liked this dock- I basically just needed a way to output my display to a monitor and charge at the same time. However, after just 3 months of light use it has suddenly stopped being recognized by my Steam Deck. It started with USB devices not working when connected, then the HDMI output stopped working, and then the pass-through charging failed. Now the dock isn't recognized at all by the Steam Deck. I'm no stranger to hardware troubleshooting, and so I've tried different power supplies, devices, restarting affected devices, and plugging devices into the dock without anything else plugged in. Nothing has gotten it to start working again. It's become a $30 paperweight. All in all, this is a great dock while it works. For $30 - $40 though, I would have hoped it would have lasted for more than three months of light use. ... show more

  • Better than the official Steam Deck dock
Color: Gray
I bought the official Steam Deck docking station and had nothing but problems with it. I was fed up and looking for an alternative. This dock is a fraction of the cost of the official deck and has been working flawlessly. Donโ€™t waste your money on the Steam version, this is all you need.

  • Great little dock
Color: Gray
Honestly I I got I got this dock and I said I guess it must not work because it was not working with my phone. But once my steam deck came into the mail I looked at everything and I put it on there and it worked fine and it still working fine and I've used it on projectors and monitors and TVs. And it's doing great so far and it works great is even just a little stand. I really enjoy the product and I've been thinking about buying one of the replaceable backs that jsuaxs Also sells for the steamdeck. Overall, it seems to be a great product and it's a good price when compared to the stock steam deck dock and that dock doesn't leave any room for cases where this one does. Honestly really happy with my purchase. Hope you guys like yours ... show more

  • Fails at the basic job - Will not charge ROG Ally full speed
Color: Gray
It does not charge the ROG Ally at full power. When you plug it in, the Ally always says "This charger doesn't give enough power." I have it on a 100W charger, and plugging straight in works fine with no messages about power. Who cares if anything else works... The #1 job is to be a charging dock, and this device fails. It even claims to be fully compatible with the ROG Ally. It is not. Update: JSAUX "support" reached out to me. They said they know that their dock isn't fully compatible, but it's "no big deal". They initially offered a refund, but then basically told me to accept that the dock was faulty, and that if I wanted a refund, I could use the Amazon refund process, which I did. Really poor support experience with the vendor as well. They know this dock is not fully compatible. The product listing is dishonest. I will no longer buy JSAUX products. ... show more

  • Works, sort of - will not do 30w turbo mode for ROG Ally
Color: Gray
Tried this with a 100W Anker & the ROG Ally charger, neither will do the "turbo" mode with ROG Ally. Even though the charger by itself without the dock will perform. Dock seems to work otherwise. I have an Anker 100Watt ASIN B0C3G9B9X1 charger to pair it with. When using the OEM adapter by itself & it's own cable the Rog runs in "Turbo" mode. When I use the Anker 100W adapter by itself with it's own cable it also runs in "Turbo" mode. When I try either charger with the JSAUX B0B28PCDM2, neither will give the option for "Turbo" mode, at best it runs "Performance" mode & even windows will pop up & say the charger is insufficient. Both chargers work perfectly fine on their own, but not when using the JSAUX dock? Rog Armoury Crate will say "The current adapter may result in insufficient power supply and battery drain when gaming" when either adapter is used on the dock, but does not say it when directly connected. ... show more
