Definitely had a good amount of casting gunk around the intake, transfer, and exhaust ports that needed cleaning up. probably wont make much of a difference if you wont be fine tuning your motorized bike (if you dont clean them up). looks like what comes with the assembled motor in the kit. It took a month to get it but the fins had very little defects and was in better shape than the one that come in my kit. I plan to smelt aluminium around this then mill away so it will look like the cnc head I ordered. After I polish it and remove any burrs.

i love this cylinder when i opened the box it was greatly packaged with bubble wrap and i inspected it and the inside was so smooth it was easy to on to the piston and it worked a lot better than the stock cylinder

The cylinder was good and it was nothing wrong with it but it was the wrong one mine has 40 mm intake and exhaust but other than that it is a good cylinder..

This cylinder has so many defects on it for $20 what a joke for $23 you can get the new version of the cylinder from CDH which is a much better sooner no honing or grinding required Port matched smoothly on all ports if you need a cylinder for your engine by the one from CDH
