The customer service provided by Joystar is what sets this bike apart. I emailed them a question regarding assembly and they were quick to reply and sent a very helpful response. Additionally, after some use we had some trouble with a training wheel, Joystar quickly resolved the issue and sent a replacement training wheel. If you want an easy bag to put together do not buy this one. The directions are not very clearly labeled. It took both my husband and I to put this bike together even though they say it's easy. The pedals are not labeled correctly so they go on on the wrong way It's next to impossible to figure out the handbrake. If you are going to purchase this make sure you have a bike shop available to put it together for you because the tools don't work for this they're too small or too big and they're just the wrong inconsistent tools with it. I guess this is what you get when you buy a bike from technically China that is sold on Amazon. We needed to find a last minute bike for our daughter because we couldn't find anything in the store so we saw this and the price was right and the color was right But boy putting it together No thank you if I could send this back and not break her heart I totally would. ... show more
