When I receive the two chairs I order one of the boxes had been torn open and damaged. When I got the boxes home I found out one of the chairs was missing parts. I didn't want to contact customer service and fight to get replacement parts sent but my wife convinced me it was the right thing to do and I'm glad I did. This company is amazing. They sent me everything I needed without any questions. They worked with me on every step and even contacted me when they were having issues finding my unusual address. They went above and beyond any of my expectations. Now that I have my chair put together, which was amazingly easy, it is one of the most comfortable gaming/ computer chairs I have ever used. The foot rest works well for me at 6'2" 260 lbs. It is super supportive. I can almost lay completely flat in the chair and it doesn't feel like it's going to give out. Shipping was super fast! The chair came excellent packaging , the instructions were straight forward and simple. All the tools needed for assembly were in the box and even came with extra screws. Quality of the material is above average the base of the chair is all metal with plastic stabilizers. Mor cushion for extended hours at your desk I’m 250 and this chair more than supports my frame. I've had this chair for a month or so now, and my only issue is the chair can be a bit "hard" at times, but you get use to it quick. Love the chair considering it took me a long time to find a replacement for my old chair. Quite easy to assemble and looks really nice, id highly recommend.

Replacing my old desk chair, I gave it to my son since he went through two gaming chairs in no time. I bought this chair because of the higher comfort level it showed, 4.5 stars vs. others with 3.5 stars, and I was disappointed shortly after since the seat padding doesn't feel as dense as I was hoping. I am giving it a 3 star for the simple fact that now that I have owned it for a month, the cushion on the seat is starting to have a depression from sitting in it. It's rated for 350 pounds, I'm 5'11 and 270, so the fact that it is already doing that doesn't give me hope. Otherwise it's pretty solid. The pillows are nice, I wish they were adjustable. It's hard to get them to stay right where I want them. The assembly wasn't too bad, once you read through the instructions and understand the part labeling it's not bad at all. Took like 45 minutes. The little slider underneath for the leg support pillow is nice but it definitely needed a little grease or WD40 to make it more smooth.
