This mask is the answer to my skin care issues! I am completely over-spending so much money at the Med Spa and I am taking matters into my own hands purchasing what I need for my skincare so I can do it myself. My husband was sweet enough to gift me a different mask but it didn’t work out for me. Not only was it rigid but tightening it was impossible so I had to secure it myself. I am extremely claustrophobic and have asthma so I needed a mask that would be effective but didn’t feel suffocating. This mask design is so soft and flexible, and is so comfortable! I feel absolutely no anxiety wearing it whatsoever. It is easily adjustable and it is actually relaxing to wear. It even has a clip for the controls that I can clip onto my clothes and walk around and get stuff done around the house while I wear it. I have been receiving red light therapy for years and have noticed a marked improvement in my skin texture. I was a bit skeptical at first doing this skin therapy at home but I noticed it delivers noticeable results with even just one use. I have redness on my face that is now gone thanks to using this mask and can feel my skin tightening around my face. The mask is not only comfortable, but also user-friendly. Which is great for me learning to use it for the first time. While the upfront cost may seem high, its benefits outweigh the investment compared to frequent spa treatments which have cost me thousands.     • Never Turned On, JOVS SUPPORT IS AWFUL
I was so excited to try this mask. Sadly, the mask NEVER turned on. There is a blinking light on the charger but the mask itself never once turned on. I emailed Jovs support thinking maybe it was user error and perhaps I didn't understand how to switch it on and the response was appalling. No trouble shooting information, no assistance. I would be heartbroken to spend nearly $1,000 on a mask only for it to break a few weeks later. Due to the customer service response, I am going to have to return this product. If they can't assist for a brand new product that was sent faulty, I know they won't help if the product goes out after a use or two. I also noted similar reviews when doing my research. I do hope this product is what it says it is, but the lack of customer service support makes me think they aren't trustworthy. The response from Jovs Customer service when I inquired about the mask issue was: Hi there, I am sorry to hear that but I regret to inform you that we do not provide order services sold by Amazon, Target, or other retailers. I bought the JOVS mask as a gift for my girlfriend, and she really likes it. She mentioned that it delivers on what was advertised, which is always a good sign. She also found it to be incredibly lightweight, so even during longer sessions, it didn’t feel tiring for her. Another thing she appreciated was how easy it is to use, making it a breeze to integrate into her skincare routine. She has been using the mask every day since we received it. The mask features a preset 10-20 minute timer, and adjusting the time is simple — just press the start button, then short press the timing button to select one of the three-time modes. There are also three different treatment modes, each designed to target specific skin issues, and the instruction manual provides a helpful therapy guide with recommendations for each mode. It is a wireless design in a way. There is a handheld controller that has a cable that attaches to the mask. And the controller has a clip so you can attach it to your belt or waistband. My girlfriend always walks around the house with it. The mask is made from lightweight, flexible material, making it exceptionally comfortable to wear. There are no uncomfortable pressure points, and it doesn’t restrict breathing at all. What I personally like most is the 4D design, which fits the face perfectly and provides full coverage. In six weeks already notice age spots coming to surface and drying off. My face has been super dry 1st 2 weeks of use , the last few it has finally balanced out. I’ve noticed my face feels tighter and the lotion and serum feels like it’s actually soaking in! I have before pics will take again at 12 weeks and update! I had high hopes for this face mask . But it was felt so heavy firstly it easy to apply but it doesn’t stay put and keeps slipping off. Appearance-wise, the mask looks appealing in the packaging, the color looks kind of different from the original picture and it has a very strong smelling of the plastic.once on, it doesn’t fit well and leaves odd lines on the skin. In terms of comfort, it's quite disappointing; the material feels harsh and irritating. Lastly, the moisturizing effect is almost non-existent. After using it, my skin felt just as dry as before. Wow! I've tried other masks before, but this one is by far my favorite. It's incredibly comfortable and fits seamlessly into my daily routine.
