It was a little difficult to scoop up ping pong balls with this at first, but it works well once you get the hang of the motion. I use it along with a training robot, which launches dozens of balls each session, and it would be a pain to pick up that many by hand.

This pick up net has at the top end an unprotected full metal wire. So, if you pick up the balls it would be nearly impossible to avoid scratching the floor. Yes, only small marks. But JOOLA is a great company, I don't unterstand why the didnt put a small hard plastic protection around the wire. Useful product, yes - scratches included. ... show more

Waste of money. I had to use a broom to push the balls into this piece of junk. Then I figured the broom and a bucket were much better than this product. Joola should stick to making just ping pong tables

    • There’s a trick to it
I was pretty meh on this until I realized I was doing it wrong. I was holding it straight up and down which basically just pushes the balls. But if you hold it at a 45 degree angle or less it scoops them right up. If I was going to nit, I wish the head would stay tightened. Might try throwing a little glue on it. But huge improvement over trying to pick up by hand. ... show more
