I received the order, and one of the pillows was improperly sewn. Instead of the pillow case being a square, one of the corners is rounded. I contacted Amazon to exchange and they refused. The supervisor hung up on me when I called and asked to speak to a manager.

In a sea of pillows these are in my top 'must-have' during comfy times. Very very soft and plushy. The fluff factor is non shedding and the design creates texture conform when you need to get it just In the right spot. As initially they were meant to be standard throw pillows for our couch, I find they can be great used as a pillow for napping or extra comfort in bed. They are a 'Arctic' white so be mindful of dirt or make up, and keep your spaghetti fingers at a distance. - I've washed them with no problem and didn't loose softness after delicate setting in the dryer. ... show more
