    • Looks nice; flawed design makes assembly difficult
The instructions have you build it from the bottom up - makes sense! BUT the hose is connected to the very top finial, so then you have to (get help and) lift all the now-connected portions on the top 3 tiers up and insert the hose from the top down - and hope that you get all the interlocking pieces connected accurately while keeping the hose connected to the motor. If the hose fed from bottom to top this would be five star purchase. Details count. So we'll see how it performs over time. ... show more

    • The styrofoam material...it is a mess cleaning up !!!

Disliked the styrofoam, it was a real mess to cleanup for dumping !!! My package had been dropped; leaving a large hold on the side of the box, where I found big round piece broke off the side of my fountain !!!

Arrived on time, easy to assemble, it looks like concrete, is not heavy so if needs to be adjusted is quite simple not heavy equipment needed. The only con I can find is the water level gets lowered quite fast, my guess is due to water splashes just like all other fountains. In our case we add water once a day, we also have a timer so itโ€™s not running all day. Other than this this is a great product. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Works fine. Looks great. Assembly is ok but challenging; you have to work from the bottom up but then you have to put the top three pieces together and then try to connect them to the bottom three pieces. It supposedly weighs 70 pounds put together but it doesnโ€™t seem very sturdy it is very lightweight material and I hope a strong wind doesnโ€™t blow it over.     • Looks very nice but has problems.
Very light weight, which means that it is very susceptible to being blown over and broken. I am trying to find a way to add cement to the pedestal while allowing the pump and cord to be replaced, as needed. There is no door for access to the pump, so the first and second section must be taken apart to adjust or clean the pump which is unlike many fountains. My wife likes the looks of the fountain and I like the price at this dealer, so I replaced after the wind blew the last one over last Fall and it broke. ... show more
