    • Jocko Super Krill Oil Seems to Be Working for Me
I ordered Jocko Super Krill Oil because my orthopedic doctor suggested taking 1000mg. of krill oil a day for my back & knee discomfort. I've been plagued with low back pain & knee pain for about 7 years & had been taking gabapentin 200mg. at bedtime along with Aleve on an as-needed basis to manage the pain. The gabapentin didn't do much for me other than occasionally gave me a better sleep, I've been taking krill oil for only 7 days so far & I must say that my pain seems to be lessening already. Because my pain level was quite low to begin with (I'd rate my pain level a 3 out of 10), I think the krill oil was able to have a faster positive effect on my discomfort. I'm 77 yrs. old & also have a higher-than-optimal LDL cholesterol. I am anxious to see if the krill oil will lower that too but I'm not due for my next blood test for several months. ... show more

The Jocko brand fish oil is by far the best tasting fish oil supplement i have taken so far. It has a nice hint of vanilla from the capsule and no nasty fish burps. It didn't have an effect on skin clarity and at only $30 it is a great value. The main reason I take these are because my doc recommend high quality fish oil to help with my triglycerides. Once I receive a new blood test I will update the review with my thoughts on the actual performance of the fish oil. I love jocko fuel they have the cleanest products you can get I’ve been taking it for years now and all my blood work is good I’ll say they are a bit more pricey however i do feel it’s worth it as they are clean and jocko himself takes them get some
