This purchase was for sure worth it. The bedframe is very sturdy and stable. There is zero noise when getting on the bed, being in it, moving around, it’s very quiet which I love so much. It sits very low to the ground so be aware of that. I think it’s a beautiful bed frame and looks great in person. The led lights and motion sensor lights are both neat and work as they should. It’s a very heavy bed frame to move around in the box, 2 people is preferred to move it. I did all the putting together of the bed frame and moving it around myself, but having 2 people would help a lot. It does take time to put together the frame, every bit of 2+ hours, but it’s worth it I promise. The fabric feels nice to the touch, I love the recessed area above the headboard, it’s nice for holding my phone and the built in charging ports are amazing to have and convenient. I definitely recommend this bed frame to anyone who is looking at this product. I was skeptical about buying it at first because at the time there were no reviews and it was newly released on Amazon, but I went for it and I’m happy I did. My package had no damage to it whatsoever, all parts and pieces were included, nothing was missing. My boyfriend and I went through the five stages of grief trying to put this bed frame together. There were some manufacturing issues, and some things did not line up properly. Luckily, my boyfriend is a handyman so he was able to get it to line up after some tweaks. The instructions are absolutely diabolical, like I could not figure out how to properly set up the motion sensor lights to save my life! That wasn't the most annoying part though, after we FINALLY got everything set up, the charger port in the cubby does not work! UGH! I was so disappointed. I also did not like how low the bed sat (My mattress is about 9-10 inches) so I did end up still using my boxspring because I like for my bed to be higher up. Despite those things, the bed frame is really gorgeous and adds a whole new aspect to my room. As far as the actual functionality of the bed frame, its great. Makes no noise and the upholstery is a smooth velvet, very soft to the touch and no weird factory smell! ... show more

I was nervous about by this as other heads had more reviews, however, I bought it anyway. I absolutely love it. It wasn’t very hard to assemble. My son and I had it done within a couple hours. The only good thing for us is that FedEx brought it right to the door with their larger dolly than we would have had. The box of very heavy and very long. This bed is built very sturdy. Lots of support bars for the mattress and the headboard and frame are well done. I like the footboard sensing lights. They really are sensitive to movements from all angles and come on. The headboard light I’m a tad disappointed in but not enough to remove a star. There seems to be no option to keep the light on and changing the light settings is hard as the control for them is behind the headboard and hard to access. I’ve used both the remote and the button behind the headboard and the longest the lights will stay on is an hour and I like to read longer than that. So that part is a pain. However, the bed is still worth it and I love how high the headboard is considering I use up to 3 pillows when I prop myself up to read and even then, there’s lots of space. This is an incredible king bed headboard and frame. I would definitely buy again. ... show more

I really like this bed and it looks beautiful. It did however, take longer to put together because there’s like 5000 billion pieces. this would be a honeydew project if you really want to annoy your honey. I put it together myself and it took many hours because there are so many pieces - so many screws. Do not use the Allen wrench that comes with it. It’ll be easier if you use a drill and screw in most of these pieces. It is covered in a fabric, maybe a cross between a micro fiber & a velour - it’s not bad. I call it a poor man’s velvet, but it was very affordable. 😀 ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I searched hard for the right bed for my bedroom revamp. I am so pleased with my selection of this bed. It’s low enough to the ground to not have to hop up but not so low that we have to bed down/squat to get on and off like a true platform bed. We love the motion sensor floor lights and the light on the headboard. I don’t think I’ll ever use the party blinking mode, but my kids love it. We like the white light for reading and red light for mood lighting. The headboard storage is perfect for my desire to not need nightstands. A wireless charger for my phone fits beautifully on the bed. We did cover the little light on the charging port with a piece of black electric tape, as it always glows bright, as another review mentioned. The velvet tufting is lovely and everything seems well made. We added felt pads to the legs and haven’t heard a sound or felt the bed move around. Instructions were clear and assembly was not a challenge for me to construct on my own. ... show more
