This bed was packaged so carefully and came completely perfect all the way to the Cayman Islands. It did take my husband & I around 2 hours to put together but was so worth it. I would say look carefully at the diagrams to ensure each piece is facing the right direction to avoid mistakes :) Last piece of advice is if the hydraulic function seems to be stuck grab someone else and stand on either side of the bed and push the base down firmly close to the hydraulic arms. I love the style of the bed I like how big it is the only problem is that when I lift the mattress it shifts the bed away from the wall so I'm having to push the bed back-and-forth every time I lift the bed. So I came back to add more to this review I bought the bed in October but put it together in November because I needed help putting the bed together you really need to people. I've only had the bed 4 months. So I stop using the bottom part of the bed for storage because the bed shifted every time I lifted the bed and I was having to push the bed back in place and the bed is too heavy. If you want to know I purchased a king size hybrid mattress from amazon the bed gets to heavy to lift and it only came with 1 strap so Its too difficult. So I also wanted to mention that the bed gets really dusty on the headboard and footboard. The bottom of the bed has to be swept from time to time because it gathers dust or small trash. So yes the bed looks good but I say if you want you want to use the bottom of the bed for storage you can store stuff that you don't plan on using for a long time. This is not good for every other day unless you don't mind moving your bed back and forth, and you don't mind the back pain. ... show more

I ordered the wrong size headboard and when I contacted the agency to return the item they offered me another solution since the delivery was expensive but I am so happy we were able to come to a decision in which worked out for everyone. Either way the quality, durability and look was exactly what I was going for even though it was shorter than I wanted. I highly recommend it to anyone. ... show more

Love the way this bed looks and feels. The headboard is a little lower then it looks in pics but still super nice. Took my son and I a few hours to build it but we got it lol. The storage space under is awesome and it’s easy to lift up.
