I've used several ozone machines over 22 yrs now. Per the size this is very strong. Please go by directions and don't be in the room when you use it. I use it in the basement and only take about 20 minutes at a time. And when I'm not down there of course. It works better with moisture so that's why the basement is perfect for it. The ozone is intense so be careful. Animals should not be there as well. But for damp places moldy areas chemical smells, this works great. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Works amazing for it's tiny size. Originally got for bed bug prevention. So far no more bugs. Eliminated all odors in our daughters room in just a few hours. Her room is still smelling fresh and clean a week later. The timer function is perfect so you don't have to enter the danger zone when it's done. And it's compact size makes it easy to store practically anywhere. Came with a do not enter doorknob hanger as well so people in the home know it's in use. We bought this for our house, which has a bit of a smell due to a very yeasty Cocker Spaniel. I used it in a few rooms and it did help get rid of stale odors, but when it came time to use in our living room, we pulled the couch cushions apart, sealed the entire room and set it for the recommended time, giving it a little extra time to do its job. We even had fans going in the room to help circulate the ozone in all corners. It did work… for about a week and unfortunately, the smell returned. It was such a massive project, pulling everything apart, removing the dog and all my plants, sealing the room completely that I don’t think we’ll do it again. We also used it on my aunt’s car that had some water damage and it did help get some of the smell out, but it did not remove it all. I’m not sure if the machine is just not strong enough or what. A little disappointing, but I suppose for minor odors it will definitely do the trick. ... show more

When device was on, it worked well. However, the timer does not work. IT comes on and stays on until manually turned off. Remote does not work. Emailed customer service and no response. Only number listed for company is in China. Good luck. Buy something else.
