I'm so sick of buying clothes online and having them not fit right. These shorts have redeemed my faith in online purchasing. I'm 5'-11", 185lbs, approx 33 waist. Bought a large and they looked huge when I pulled them out of the package, but when I put them on they fit like a glove. The elastic waist and stretchy fabric feels so nice. Seriously, when I squat down it's as if I'm wearing sweats. Since they have stretch, a large would also fit a larger waist, maybe even a smaller waist. But they look sturdy and as a professional landscape designer, I spend lots of time outside and need shorts in the summer that are cozy but also functional and somewhat professional (Seattle professional, that is). These fit that bill. Of course, when I say professional, I still like an urban and youthful flair. I'm 42 years old, and growing up in the 90s we don't be wearing short shorts, or shorts above the knee. These sit right below my kneecaps. They have a loose look and feel without looking overly baggy or ghetto. I like these a ton. I had a bad morning and weirdly, feeling these shorts on me, with their deep pockets that are great for wallets, phone, keys, etc., it truly brightened my day. ... show more

They fit well and look and feel great. But they come out of the wash very wrinkly and have had to iron them on several occasions because the the wrinkles really stay.

It is a little bit smaller for the size, but not by too much. If you want them a little loose, then just order one size up. They feel like they’re made of sturdy material and they’re very comfortable.

Seem to be well made, fit is ok, durability is good, but do you purposely wear clothes that look like you slept in them the night before? I have tried different ways to get the wrinkles out, but the only way is w/an iron (and don’t sit down or all the wrinkles will come back).

I bought them for my husband who is 5’10, about 240lbs. I bought a 2x because he likes room in his shorts. They were not tight or snug, which is what he wanted. They fit well. Good quality for the price.

My 13 yr old lives them and he is a big boy 6' 245 and XL fit him very comfortable. He wants all of the colors. Will purchase again cause they're good shorts . The material is comfortable and durable , no tearing in the crotch (you know how men's shorts can hang a bit) or corners of pockets wearing out and they've been washed more than worn it seems and they're still good looking in color .
