The pump made a rattling sound as soon as I plugged it in. It displayed all kinds of crazy temperature readings and barely heated the water until it completely died. Customer service, however, was good. They sent me a new pump for free. It worked a little better but died in about a week. They told me to send it back for a refund, which I am doing. The tub was too small anyway. My wife and I are not big people, but we were still cramped. This is the third inflatable hot tub I have owned and the only one to perform this poorly. Spend a few more dollars if you have to, but avoid this total piece of junk. ... show more

Love this. Have used it all summer. Did have a little difficulty getting filters for it, but finally found some that worked great with a little modification. I always cover when not in use, and also use bromine instead of chlorine. 100% recommend, but do your research for maintenance (filters, chlorine/bromine with dispenser, ph checking etc) and buy that before you set up. Would also recommend buying a seat to sit, and a clip on tray meant for inflatable spas that holds drinks and phone ... show more

I love this little “hot tub”! It runs for about half an hour. Just enough time to soothe away the stress and aches from the day. The only downside is that it uses air jets instead of water jets and sucks the heat out of it. For the price and size it suits its purpose! I have considered purchasing an additional heating source for long winter nights! We have only used during cool or cold weather and it maintains the heat nicely without driving up the electric bill! ... show more

I read the reviews, and was a little skeptical. I bought it anyway, because there is a 30 return. Set up was easy and quick. It did take it over night to heat up to 104, but I didn’t care about that. I wasn’t using it until the next day. Is it the best hot tub I could ever own? No. But it is the best inflatable purchase I have ever made. My husband loves it, I love it. ... show more

I rarely review anything, especially negatively but THIS SPA IS A PIECE OF JUNK! If there was a zero review, I would rate it at zero (or below). It has blown up after 2 months of use and never held temperature properly. It took forever to try and contact the seller and am now being provided a customer service phone number that does not work; and am being told it is not returnable, is outside of the warranty, and there is nothing they can do. COMPLETE Waste of over 330.00!!!!!!!!!! The last inflatable spa I had lasted over 3 years!!!! ... show more
