The pump made a rattling sound as soon as I plugged it in. It displayed all kinds of crazy temperature readings and barely heated the water until it completely died. Customer service, however, was good. They sent me a new pump for free. It worked a little better but died in about a week. They told me to send it back for a refund, which I am doing. The tub was too small anyway. My wife and I are not big people, but we were still cramped. This is the third inflatable hot tub I have owned and the only one to perform this poorly. Love this. Have used it all summer. Did have a little difficulty getting filters for it, but finally found some that worked great with a little modification. I always cover when not in use, and also use bromine instead of chlorine. 100% recommend, but do your research for maintenance (filters, chlorine/bromine with dispenser, ph checking etc) and buy that before you set up. Would also recommend buying a seat to sit, and a clip on tray meant for inflatable spas that holds drinks and phone ... show more

This is not first my inflatable spa. And this one was much easier to install. Heating time pretty long, took 30 hours to get to 102F, and never seen 104F, but still enjoying it. Weather is around 45F. Its smaller, 2 person barely fit in it, definitely not 3 person hot tub. The quality of material much better than I had with Coleman. This was so easy to set up, and get going!! I filled it up, turned on the heat, and was enjoying it by the next morning 🤗 This has been the best week of my life having my own hot tub!!! I would advise anyone else who buys one to keep in mind the chemicals they need. As well as, test strip to keep the PH correct... So far no complaints from me ❤️ ... show more

Buyer beware, of able if give it no stars. Stopped hearing after 6 months. Also there's no way to get 3 people and 2 people is very tight. I'm a average size 5'11 man and I'm pretty huge for this. Not a good product.

I read the reviews, and was a little skeptical. I bought it anyway, because there is a 30 return. Set up was easy and quick. It did take it over night to heat up to 104, but I didn’t care about that.
