A+ . Took about 20 minutes to put together. Trickiest part is putting the backrest on at the very end. You have to wiggle it in just right. You'll get it! I recommend watching the instructional video in the description if you're a visual learner. Just pause between steps.

I really like this chair, it's comfortable, it goes to the height I want. The adjustable arms are amazing, the back is great and I like how far it leans back. HOWEVER- the center pole lowers CONSTANTLY. I'll be sitting, not even moving and feel it drop, just a little right under me, this happens all day and I CONSTANTLY have to raise it back up. I don't know if this is fixable or what, but it makes me sad because literally everything else about the chair is great. EDIT: The customer service for this company is great. They sent me a new hydraulic cylander for the chair to replace the faulty one I got. I'm very happy with this product now that it's fixed! ... show more

Unfortunately, my box did not include the instructions, but the installation video in the description was very easy to follow. I’m certain, easier to follow than the paper instructions. If you’re a visual learner, go for the video instructions.

It’s not perfect but it’s a good start. Assembly takes roughly 20-30 minutes and is not difficult just follow the included instructions. It could be improved comfort wise with extra padding for the back area but overall a decent average chair.

When I opened the box, I got anxious wondering where the instruction manual was. When I finally found it, it took me 30 minutes to assemble considering I was the sole person working on it and attaching the back of the chair posed a bit of a challenge. But it's a lovely, comfortable chair which will be used by myself and my children extensively. I have no negatives presently but will update as time goes along!!! ... show more

The chair is otherwise good. Arm rest "chrome" is actually plastic. Wheels are awful, however. Will not swivel causing stalling and floor scuff marks. Hopefully a different upgraded set will help. Update: wheels worked on old chair. Likely a problem with the base like some others have reported. Will try a "roller blade" style wheels. A little bit better, might be worth trying if you also have problems with the base. ... show more
