Received the light noticed right away parts in the housing already off and rolling around.The reflector on one of the lights had come off and was just sitting there.I debated sending back but for the price and time i decided ill just take apart see about gluing it back.Came apart easy.And i put some epoxy down and let it dry.Finally did and i put light on bike the light will do what i wanted of it and that was just to be on during day to satisfy st legal laws for dirtbike. I tried it at night beam pattern seemed fine for my use i didnt expect top quality for the price but it fits my needs and intended use.If i wanted a solid light for desert ride at night i wouldnt be on this one and paying alot more but i dont really do night rides anyways.As to why i didnt send it back it was quicker for me to take care of myself and a simple fix so not that big a deal ... show more

The light is okay given the price for it. I do have a couple of complaints. The first is the lack of instructions. You need to test which wires light up what. I also spent a bit of time trying to figure out exactly how the light was supposed to mount. There are a couple extra brackets they send along that I didn't even end up using. Which leads to my second complaint. The straps that you are supposed to mount with were not large enough to fit around the forks of my kx250. Not even close. Some pictures online look like there are multiple holes you could fasten to, which would make the strap shorter or longer depending on what you need (similar to a belt), but mine did not have that. I ended up having to use zip ties to make up the difference in length that I was missing. Doesn't look the best. The light also came with a small white box (where the wires connect into) that was not attached. It would just flop around if not fastened somehow. I had double sided tape and used that, but nothing was provided with the light to attach it anywhere. Lastly, and my biggest complaint, was that there was no difference between high and low beam. I am trying to make my bike street legal, and having both is a requirement. There is no difference when I toggle between the two. I guess this is one of those, "you get what you pay for" items. Fit my KX250 easily with included straps, as other reviews have stated white is ground and black/red are power. I can’t tell a difference between high and low beam at all as others have pointed out, the light is not incredibly bright but works in a pinch and to convert the bike to be street legal.

The Mounting brackets and rubber universal straps are cheap and may not fit any bike, but with a little ingenuity you’ll find a way to mount it. I used some heavy duty zip ties and it looks great. Easy to wire and this light is legit! The led lamps are super bright.

The rubber straps to hold the headlight onto the forks brok instantly. The rubber is low grade and does not stretch. Had to use rubber running and zip ties. I’m very disappointed in the poor quality of this product.

Wiring listed in description doesn't match mine. On mine black is high, red is low, white is ground. Or at least that's where the wires are soldered inside the control box. Far as I can tell there is no difference between high and low beam. But it does make pretty bright light and it did fit onto the bike OK. ... show more
