I make Chex Mix once a year and needed large sheet pans with higher sides. These are perfect. They are fairly light weight but overall a very nice pan.

Strong and easy to clean, yet warm when exposed to heat.

These baking sheets feel strong (not flimsy) unlike the average baking sheets that you get at your local store. Easy to clean. However, they did warp the first time I used them (350 degrees).

I have just purchased my second set of these pans for cakes. They’re a good value for what you get. They are built well. Evenly. The appearance is. They work well for cakes and are easy to use.

Higher rim, excellent for sheet-pan dinners!

For years, I used a cookie-sheet pan, with aluminum foil lining, to make "sheetpan" dinners---not very efficient, and often had juices/oils over-run the edges, because the rim was so low. These pans are TERRIFIC! High rim, and excellent clean-ability. Don't know how I lived without them!

I haven't had new pans like this in 20 years. They are sturdy with smooth edges. I prepare a lot of one-pan meals in the oven so these will be used quite often. Great price/value ratio. I hope to have them for another 20 years. Thank you.

They fit the small oven on my Wolf range

I needed a sheet pan larger than a 1/4 sheet but smaller than a 1/2 sheet pan for the small oven on my new Wolf dual fuel range. This pan fits perfectly. It is also quite heavy and well made

They are nice baking sheets, but I immediately washed them and noticed that water collects underneath the side lip and has created rust. They also warp at anything over 400°.
