  • Good co-ax
Size: 100 FT
It’s handling high power on a dummy load and not getting hot. Great reflect under high power on a well tuned antenna. The ends were assembled well and stress tested well while hooked to a dummy load and an MFJ259D while wiggling the connectors aggressively. Good product.

  • Flexible and works great on my CB and HF a mature radios.
Size: 100 FT
When I first started in CB radios I always used RG8 or 8x. It worked really well. When it came time to buy new coax, a friend recommended this RG213. It has a better resistance to UV breakdown than the RG8 but performance wise was very little difference. To me the Rg213 seems a little less stiff and easier to handle. Performance wise I’m very pleased with it. I bought the 100’ length because it was a lot cheaper than buying two 50’ and I put my own connectors on the ends connecting to my equipment. ... show more

  • Nice Coax - 30 ft. RG-213/U
Size: 30 FT
The coax appears to be of very good quality. I am using it with a recently purchased President McKinley and a horizontal dipole antenna. The antenna is only up about 7 feet from the ground on one end with the other end sloping to about 5 1/2 feet. In addition, the antenna is close to my house and not too far from power lines. Even with this compromise I’m getting an SWR of 1.2 on channel 1, 1.4 on channel 20 and 1.6 on channel 40, which is perfectly acceptable to me. If I wasn’t so lazy I’m sure I could tweak the antenna for better results. I’m happy with my purchase. Thank you. ... show more

  • Good for the money, but not the highest grade.
Size: 3 FT
It is *marked* RG-213/U, but it is a lower grade than what I bought at DX Engineering; very stiff. The jacket seems to be plastic, rather than the more flexible rubber-type material used by DXE. However, it works fine, the connectors are fine, although again, not as beefy as those used by DXE, and they used heat-shrink tubing at the base of the connector. It shipped coiled up tighter than it should be too, so it'll fit in a 8.5 x 11 padded envelope. Doesn't seem to be damaged though. ... show more

  • RG-213/U coaxual cabel
Size: 100 FT
I purchased two, 100' lengths of this RG213/U cable, One length going to my Mosley TA33N/Warp, and the other to my 40 Meter inverted "V" antennas, as I was having SWR problems on both with the LMR-400 cable I was using. The RG213/U cable happens to be a God send. Great signal reports both-ways and no SWR problems. The radio is a Yaesu FTdx10, I have tuned once on each HF band, and that's it. I would recommend this cable to be used by all my Amateur Radio friends. ... show more

  • So far no problems
Size: 6 FT
Jumpers for 2.5 kw amplifier all jumps must be same to keep SWR right. works fine thus far.
