My wife bought these pots a few weeks ago, and I noticed she hasn't reviewed them. I did some potatoes in one the other day and they cooked beautifully, no hot spots, no burned spots. I know you should clean the pot soon after cooking potatoes because the starch is sticky and tries to bond to the pot. I thought I was in a TV commercial; I just swished the pot under the tap and it was clean. I know it probably won't stay that way, but I was impressed. I also noticed how nice they look. The handle smoothly blends right into the pot. I mentioned to my wife, "Hey, These are nice pots". She said," Ya, they weren't even that expensive considering what that stuff goes for now". I purchased a few of these pans for my RV camping. I loved these so much that I replaced all of my pots and pans with a full set of these. There aren't any rivets, so food, (like cooked-on eggs) doesn't stick. Everything, (even burnt-on foods) wipe out with a dry paper towel. Then I wash with soap and water. So EASY! These cook on lower heat too. I have owned these for almost a year now and I am so happy I made this purchase. I highly recommend these. :) ... show more
