The first one that I received had a leak in the rim of the tub. Customer service was great and a replacement was sent out quickly. The tub is thermal and holds the temp nicely.

So this thing is nice and flimsy all at the same time. Very portable and lightweight. Decent enough thickness. Super easy to put together. For the money it’s well worth it. Very good size and very happy with the cover. Not leaks yet and it’s been a few weeks.

This tub is made well and I like that it has a lid as well. Easy to assemble and as a fairly large guy the fit is comfortable, well as comfortable as freezing can be! This bath tub was easy to put together. It's water tight and works perfectly for a cold plunge when you have limited space. The cover is great so that the water can be used multiple times without having to drain the tub everyday.

We bought this for our daughter who runs cross country. It worked great however, there was a steady droplet drip on the bottom where it was seamed together.
