First off, let me say I have been a Jaybird user since 2012 when I first started cycling. I owned the original Freedom, then the Jaybird X1s, later the X2s, then the Freedom 2, and now the Jaybird Run. I have always loved their products and have never had an issue with customer service or product replacement. Pros: The sound quality is great for what I need. They block out other noise and you can customize how you want your sound (bass, mid, treble). These will NOT fall out. Cycling, running, weight lifting, cleaning around the house; they are secure and comfortable. I have also sweat like a banchi from several workouts and have no issues with them. If you can’t get them to fit-I’m sorry but you’re an idiot. The directions for fitting are simple and there are plenty of ear tips/blades for different anatomically shaped ear holes. You can also customize how you want the buttons to perform (one click, two click, or hold click on each side). The charging case is really neat. This is also how you can update the firm ware via the app on your computer. Pretty easy to figure out even if you’re a non-technical person. The battery I think lasts a good 4 hrs, however it also depends on use (obviously), how many times during the charge they’re turned on and off, the weather you’re using them in (colder vs warmer temps) and how far they have to receive the signal from your Bluetooth device. I’m using an iPhone X and they connect/synch right away. Cons: The only con I have found is SOMETIMES the left earbud may loose signal with the right. This however is when I’m walking across the gym (more than 25ft) from my phone and some fat resolutioner who only goes to the gym one month after the New Year walks by my right side. I have NOT experienced any of these “horrid experiences” others have mentioned. If there is another con it’s the possibility of them getting lost since they aren’t connected and not very big. I started a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of carrying the bag which comes with them and keeping them inside of it as soon as I turn them off. The only time I take them out of the bag is to use or charge. Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF): Buy these. They work great and will absolutely not fall out. I’m not a sound geek so I can’t compare them to the Bose or rip off Beats. If you’re a sound nerd, then buy headphones for sound. If you’re a workout peep, want headphones that won’t have to be pushed in every five minutes, and can block all outside noise-these are for you. For all the Jaybird haters out there. Two words for you: Customer Service. All company’s have this for a reason. I have used the Jaybird customer service a few times in the past and have been treated fairly and they resolved my issues quickly. I absolutely love my Jaybirds, they have incredible audio with awesome controls to have the perfect audio for you. The case is not too big and they have different fits for your ears. They sound, look, and function amazing just like a good brand name should but more because they care. They have their own pouch and little cord to charge them with last up to 8hrs of charge. Also you can customize just how you what your buttons on the earbuds which I think in incredible. These TRULY WIRELESS EARBUDS are perfect for the I want it to this specific audio and fit because of the customization on it. I did put a 5star but it's more like a 4.5 because the only problems are that the Bluetooth is delayed a little bit for audio on videos and sometimes one side to the other the noise will fade out like as if the volume was lowered. Also the buttons are just a mess because you have to click them really hard. The way you push them makes the earbuds kinda suck up on your ear like a plunger to the toilet seat and it feels horrible but overall this product is amazing. ... show more

I'm very sad to post this comments after my excellent experinces over their X3 product. however, this jaybird Run headphones are really so poor in connectivity of stability left bud is all time disconnecting after 10-20 min started listenning music. i have just got this mine 2 days ago and it was latest firmware in it so it didnt need to update it. sound quality is great. isolation for outdoor noise is perfect, fitting amazing i ran 1hr approx never needed to push them back in my ears. my iphone is on my arm. but there is very big bug in connectivity to each other as its drop off sounds consistently every sec and it's not connecting back, for last 30-40 min of running exercise i was Off to listening music whatever i tried it never work back. strangely when i stopped running the left ear connects back and was perfect during my walk to home. i read 100 reviews about this problem but like i said i'm so happy with X3 and i thought till now they shoould have fixed this bug so my mistake was ignored these comments cuz they couldnt fix that problem :( this is 180-200 usd range product this kind of issue unacceptable and jaybird is good brand. also i have tried everything that they post on FAQ on their website for this problem it didnt work at all. so, Jaybird RUN is a product should be RUN"away" !!!! you should definitely look for others same class, money ranges there are nice alternative go for Jabra Etile Active 65T or Bose Soundsport . I'll throw this piece of junk to garbage and stick my X3 . ***UPDATED*** Hello Again, after 1 month used the device and took some actions to solve connectivity problems here updates. first of all, i have reset factory and re-paired and then i started to put my iphone while running on my right arms instead of left. this really worked. there is serious difference between left and right arm i know it sounds bullshit but its true they always advise this i tried it worked.. and hard reset. now since weeks im running 1hr above and sometime using this for listening just music but i havent noticed any drops in connectivity of left bud. hope this is gonna be permanent solution . so now here you go for Pros and Cons detailed review by me. hope it helps many others who is thinking to purchase this product PROS: - as i mentioned before no matter what you exercise its impossible to fall out of ear this buds perfect secure fit. best one ! - significant EQ and App support for advanced settings, presets etc - decent battery life (apprx 4hrs + 8hrs case charger) - very very small design and light case-buds easy to carry - nice sound quality and Bass really stunning even when EQ set is flat - quick charge 15min provides 1hr durability in listenning CONS: - cheap feeling case charger and feels like it can broken - not enough buttons, controls on buds - very hard to press buttons you need to push and pressrue in ears they are not touch panel. - no comply foam tins in box only slicon you need to purchase it additionally ... show more
