We received the two bike deal one white one black. Took about a week to come which isn’t bad. When receiving the products looks like it went kinda rough through FedEx. We open the box everything was inside that was needed. One bike did have a ding and a scratch. Was very upset but not Jasion fault due to shipping carrier was pretty rough with the products. I reach out to the seller Jasion and they replied very quickly and took action. They made me happy and couldn’t ask for anything else! They were very nice and understanding and fixed my issue. I would recommend these bikes to anyone. Very smooth and pretty quick. Definitely worth the money! I’m a very happy customer! Purchased two of these Ebikes. Both arrived the same day, super easy out of the box, unfold and put on handlebars and on the road. My bike suffered a FREEWHEEL spindle failure, but my local bike shop was able to replace the part and labor for only $40. Very well built, so very pleased I selected a Jaison Ebike. I am 80 years old and it is extremely easy to peddle as well as control. We just completed our ride for the day and now have 45.5 miles on both bikes. I know it will do 28 mph, but I have not gone over 15 mph. I would purchase these exact same ebikes again if I had to. ... show more

I ordered 2 of these. On the plus side, delivery was faster than expected and I actually had to ask Fedex to hold delivery until I could get back home and accept delivery. However, once they arrived, there was the same type of damage on each bike, as is visible in the attached pictures. Neither affect the performance of the bike, but it is disappointing to have have this type of paint damage right out of the box. As for the bikes themselves, they are great for the price. Assembly was pretty straightforward and didn't take long, even for 2 bikes. I plugged the batteries in to charge as soon as I was able to get them out of the bike. Charged them for an hour and even though the charger still showed a red indicator light, when I put them in the bike, they read as fully charged. As for performance, if you don't want to pedal at all, these will get you to at least 20mph (and maybe a little faster) right out of the box. I weigh a bit over 180lb, and on max assist and pedaling as hard as I can, I got up to 31mph on flat road. They perform so well in fact, they are almost too fast at lower levels. Pedal Assist 1 and 2 are too fast for use around crowds and on sidewalks in pedestrian areas. (I've read how you can adjust these down to more manageable levels). At higher levels, even on the hardest sprocket, there is way too much ghost pedaling. I prefer a little resistance on the pedals just to maintain speed. It seemed to always be a challenge to look for the best combination of sprocket setting and pedal assist. Additional features include the lights and the horn. The lights are bright but I would not rely on the headlight alone at night. The taillight is nice and bright, and blinks when applying the brakes. It is very visible. The horn is more like a loud annoying basketball buzzer. I would rather use a basic bicycle bell on the trail and not this horn. Overall, I would buy these again. But not at any higher price. Build is good but not great (welds are visible and I had to check and tighten all the screws and nuts). Seats are OK, but not comfortable after about 10 miles. The media could not be loaded. We're 1st time buyers and were very impressed with the ease of folding, ease of installation, speed, battery life and quality. Now, if you add accessories, like baskets than you will need to adjust for the extra weight, but it's a surprisingly slight difference, meaning it was built very well to manage & balance those things. The company's support team is incredible responsive and if they find out that your order will be delivered at a later time due to delay because of the increase of popularity of a particular color variant, they look after you and keep you updated. It's our personal opinion that Jasion as a whole is an amazing, incredible, creative and innovating company & would recommend these product items. ... show more

The bike arrived a day later than expected due to FedEx shipping delays. Regardless, when i opened up the box, talk about the excellent packaging the company went through to make sure it arrived all in one piece. Took me like 10 minutes to unwrap all the cushion. I have to admit, assembling wasn’t the easiest thing at all. I actually watched YouTube videos and asked for professional help. The book manual isn’t the best, as it’s in black/white. As for the bike, it is very strong and very easy to ride. It’s not complicated to use, especially if you’re new to E-bikes, I recommend this one. It goes up the hills well and accelerates pretty well. Everything about the hike is what you want. Of course I plan to upgrade some stuff like a bike seat and add some mirrors. The seat that it comes with isn’t bad at all though. If you’re in the market for an e-bike and just want the basics, I highly recommend this one. I don’t regret buying it, I would recommend it to any of my friends. I’m not the one to write reviews ever but had too for this one. ... show more

I was bought this electric bike from Amazon , when I received it the chainring was wobble , also the chain keep when ride on it .. and I was required for replacement or return it back the seller charged me $110 for return fee that not right and not the one I was expect at all , the seller never solved my problem and they did not taking care of it .. so I’m not I recommend to purchase this bike .. they are bad service not responsible to consumers.
