    • Amazing bike, loving it, small challenges
After having ordered 2 of this bike and riding them around for a month here are my key takeaways to share. Challenges 1. I see they addressed the issue with people saying the front wheel fork gets bent in delivery by putting a bar with 2 nuts on it. Confusing part though was this was not reflected in any videos or the instructions. For a noob this presented a challenge but eventually I figured out what it was, its purpose, and how to remove it. Overall assembly took me about 30mins per bike. 2. On one of the bikes the back tire was flat day 1. Pumping it up gets it good for about a day but it needs a tube replacement. I don't know how to replace it but what I have gathered with these bikes is that they are easy to figure out with enough online research and some basic tools. 3. There are no holes to install things like bottle holders and phone holders. Get ones with clamps! Things I appreciate about it, 1. For the price point it has been a blast! It has gotten me on the road after work most days which is a huge win for my personal goals. It is a ton of fun and having the ability to change from 0-3 in assist is helpful for when I want it off to push myself or if I need it at some points on hills and such. It will not get you up a steep hill by itself! But it will assist you which is mainly the point. 2. It has an intuitive feel about it. The handlebars and seat are comfortable, the throttle and display are sleek and handy, I can tell it was well designed. 3. I have taken it on paved trails and roads just fine, as well as some easy trails. It is rather smooth overall. 4. Battery life is great if you don't use the assist by itself or on higher levels for long periods. When treating it like a motorcycle or trying to go fastest it will die in about 2hrs of riding. But used as a gentle assist I got the same distance in that would normally cost me about 75% of my battery in about 10%. Used as a tool it is rather efficient and can last multiple trips. I am sure with time as I get stronger and build endurance I can make the battery really last. If you are looking for a fun entry point to an ebike that is well thought out and has some pep to it to get you out there then look no further! This bike is an awesome e-bike purchase! ... show more

The bike assemble was not as bad as I thought it would be and only took 2 hours (with breaks). The bike goes up to 27 mph and very useful when going to/coming from work saving me a lot of money. Good buy and not disappointed at all.

    • No more expensive fuel for me!
105 US miles on the odometer and still going strong! The battery IS draining slightly faster than day 1. It is now taking 2 bars of life to get to and from work. Not a problem at all. That's roughly 11 miles of awesome biking trails with up and down hills. So far I have hit 27mph on a downhill portion of my ride home. I had one wreck at 23mph because the trail I was on came to an abrupt end. The disc brakes just aren't "grippy" enough to slow you down when you're going that fast. After the accident the bike was still in perfect condition despite the damage I personally took. But I still made it to work and we all shared a laugh. 105 miles and I am excited to get back on and put another 100 on. But first, a tune up at the shop. The assembly was very easy and instructions were clear and easy follow. It comes with all of the tolls you will need and some you won't. I did put my own seat on it as my backside prefers a wider rear platform with better air flow for my accouterments. The suspension is cool with the ability to lock it down for smooth track or leave it squishy so you can take some bumps. Definitely do not take this on jumps or large bumps; avoid riding off curbs or buckled sidewalk pieces. The derailleur/tensioner bounces and the chain will come right off the front sprocket leaving you with dead pedals. Also. I live in Arizona and so far this battery and screen do not get hot enough to make me worry. I like the screen dimmer to make it less bright at night. The front light is very bright. The rear is reachable and does not need to be plugged in to work. ... show more

Loving every minute. I had no idea what to expect. I'm 5'10" and I feel this bike is a great size for me. It's easy to assemble, my husband took less than an hour to put it together. I love the black and brown esthetic. It goes about 20 mph. Horn is cute. Headlight/twilight is super convenient, no extra accessories to buy.     • Don’t waste your money.

The bike is pretty, but that’s where the good things end. First time riding it, the bike seat doesn’t lock in place and slips down while riding, so the height can’t be set. The most dangerous issue is the throttle, it goes in and out when riding the bike. While the throttle is fully engaged, the power decreases to almost a stop and then randomly jolts back to life. What’s even more frustrating, is the fact that the bike doesn’t function properly, but the seller is going to charge me $110 for return shipping, for a faulty, non-functioning item. Also, it states that the battery is UL listed, but doesn’t seem to be true. Amazon needs to have quality control checks on their sellers. I am very happy with the bike. Comfortable, fast, and holds a charge a long ways. I was very amazed at how well everything is built for the price. Dislikes: Seat is a little hard, but a simple order of another seat is easy. Also it’s not torque sensing for pedaling, and gives you 3 speeds of top speed (10, 17, and 22mph). This is a great e-bike. I am 5'3 it is a bit tall to get on but I love ❤️ how tall it is plus if you want it taller you can raise the seat or front part of the handle bars. It was very easy to put together. When you are putting the back wheel together turn the bike upside down to make it easier. Other then that this is a great bike. I also got a Heybike it is a great bike as well that is the pink one I'm the background. I love ❤️ these two bikes. The battery for the Jasion bike last a very long time long as you do not ride on high speed. Great for going ti school or work ❤️. ... show more
