For the price of this set, it is a great buy. I was surprised at how sturdy the tools were. Will these last me a lifetime? Probably not, but even if they last me 5 years, for $20 that's great in my book.

Good gardening tools aren't cheap. So I' not surprised that these are not top-quality metal and construction. That said, for the new or small-area gardener who isn't hard on their tools, this set should do. I got this to hold me for the rest of this season because I misplaced my trowel. I'm hoping to find it but if not, this will do and I'll get the one I like before next Spring. The main tool I'm concerned about is the fork - not sure it won't bend in harder ground. The other issue is that any time you have a wooden handle with the metal tool, over time the tool usually fails where the metal embeds in the wood. So if you get these, don't leave them in the weather/heat and you might get longer wear out of them. This could make a nice gift for a new gardener who may or may not really delve into the hobby. No use in spending huge $$$ at first until you know just how much you want to commit. ... show more

    • Great quality Garden Tools
These garden tools are sturdy and well made, I used them to pull weeds and prep my flower bed. I put them to the test and they didn't bend or break. I had lots of rocks, weeds and compounded dirt and grass that was growing where is shouldn't be. These helped with all of that. I would recommend.

I find that I buy some cheap ones that don't last too long every few years. This year, I went with a higher-end (more than 2 dollars each item) simple gardening tools. These felt good in my hand and worked well for the veggies I planted. The little leather rope is great for me to use to hang on my peg board with the rest of my tools. ... show more

The garden tool set is made or real wood and stainless steel. All the tools are very sturdy, strong and won't bend, break or deform. The tool set includes 4 pieces -a trowel, transplant trowel, fork, and weeder. All tools are essential for digging, weeding, loosening soil, aerating, transplanting, planting and so on. All tools are heavy duty, and not cheap. At the same time, they are lightweight. This is my favorite garden tool kit. It makes gardening much easier and working in the garden fun! The grip on all tools is comfortable. The handles are comfortable, my hand does not slip during work. The trowel is great for picking out little weeds and soil aeration. It digs well too.
