The cart comes pretty much assembled. All that is really needed is to attach the stabilizing wheels which was vey simple. The unit itself is pretty cheap all around. So much so that I don't expect it to make it through too many seasons. Assembling the cart is pretty easy as there is only 1 locking mechanism. The bag sits on a very small shelf and is held down with a strap at the top and the bottom. It does not secure the bag very snug so I would think a reasonable incline would dislodge it (I don't want to confirm that theory). ... show more

This push cart has some pros and cons; some nice features but could use a few improvements still. Pros: -Easy enough set up -Opens and closes pretty easily -Folds up compactly -Frame and wheels seems sturdy enough and decent quality -Phone holder is a great extra and works very well (phone is secure, but can be rotated easily to many angles/ positions) -Has a small built in cooler bag (probably could hold 4 cans I’d guess) -Cart sits low to the ground so could be less prone to tipping over than some (also less clearance going over curbs on the other hand) -Handle is comfortable Cons: -The straps to secure bag are not at all adequate, imo. They are somewhat flimsy, you have to thread it through the buckle and even when tightened as much as possible, there is still give to the bag. I worry these would not hold up well on the course and are more of a pain to use than the previous bungee style I have on my current cart (both very secure and quick to hook together). -The bag on the back of the cart is a bit of a weird design. The bottom part has an insulated zippered cooler compartment, which is good, but the rest of it is open and just kind of hangs open, not very secure or useful for putting much in, I’d worry it would fall out. -The design of the plastic piece that holds the two bars of the frame together to secure it in the open, using position is not very secure. Even when tightened (by twisting a hand screw on the side- poor design) as much as possible, there is still noticeable wiggle in this part of the frame. Not a fan of this design. My other cart has a hard plastic piece that bar slides and ‘clicks’ into and is very stable. -While the cart was easy enough to figure out putting together on my own, the illustrations in the directions were hard to see (should print them with more contrast on a white background or something like that). Neutral: -The netted bag on the back near the handle is nice to have, but smaller than many others I’ve used/ seen and a little awkward to access.
