I was worried about how the golf cart would be delivered out in rural Arizona. Let me tell you, it was handled very professionally and without any glitches. The driver Danny called me the day before to confirm the delivery. He arrived when he said he would. He arranged for a flat bed tow truck to help get the cart off of his truck. It went flawlessly. The cart arrived without any extraneous packaging. It was in perfect condition! I was able to put 5 miles on it over its first weekend. The suspension is very good for the bumps out where we live. 20 mph feels a lot faster on this cart than it does in our cars. I am very pleased with the new golf cart so far. ... show more

We received our Kandi Kruiser 4P cart last night. It’s super cute but it was damaged (see pictures). Damages included missing screw to attach bumper to body (left back), crack in body visible above bumper (left back), back left part of foot platform ripped from bolts leaving 4-5” tear marks/cracks and platform bent out of shape, left reflector on platform cracked, right reflector on platform missing, and scrape marks (paint missing) on rear handrail uprights. So, within 45 minutes of receiving it, we submitted for a return via Amazon. Hated to do so but, when you’ve spent $9k+ on a vehicle, you want it to be defect-free. Let’s see how easy the return process is. Tried calling Kandi direct using the provided phone number but no luck so far. Will provide an update to this review once we hear from Amazon or Kandi America. Additionally, the phone number on the Bill of Lading was for Kandi America and not my own so there was no way for the delivery driver to contact me in advance of the delivery. He also did not ring the doorbell. We only knew he was at the house because of our outside cameras. UPDATE (Aug 27, 2024): Kandi America customer service has been great. After providing pictures of the damaged cart, they determined the best course of action was to replace the cart. The final exchange was completed yesterday. It came perfectly on time, what an operation… I love and definitely would recommend; the only disappointment was the cracked reflector, But I reached out and a couple of weeks later we got the replacement. It just like described, looks amazing and drives beautifully smooth and fast. Color grey is stunning.. I HIGHLY advise against purchasing this golf cart. Go to your local stores or find a different one that is NOT Kandi. They are a pain to deal with. Had to end up returning the golf cart because it didn’t go more than 14mph despite what the description says. Took me a week just to get someone to return my phone call after contacting Amazon customer service SIX times. I was told I had to pay for the return shipping, which was fine. NOW, I’m waiting on getting the refund and the order is showing as “cancelled”in my Amazon order history. They’ve had it for two weeks and after three phone calls I’m being told someone will call me back, to which they have not. I will be seeking further action against them now. Amazon should not be letting them sell. This is an expensive refund and they already have my golf cart. TERRIBLE customer service. The cart is great! So far really like it Disappointed with customer service - we had damage on the cart from shipping. Filed a claim and have heard nothing back. After I posted this review, I received an immediate call from Kandi customer service. I had replacement parts within 2 days. Very happy.
