After only 2 months of use, less than 400 miles, the front seats are deteriorating. This is despite the fact this cart has been garage kept. I was certain this type of rapid wear and tear and clear defects would be covered by a warranty. When I sent the attached photos to Kandi about clear defects, this was Kandi's response: The issue with the seat damage is not covered under the terms of the warranty. The inspection results indicates that the wear and tear observed is consistent with conditions not attributed to a manufacturing defect. Unbelievable. I attach pictures for reference. It is regrettable and shows a lack of customer service and lack of product integrity that Kandi would claim this is not a material defect and would expect this level of wear and tear after such little use.
