I initially purchased the JAMBO 20Ft Premium 3 Lane Slip Splash and Slide and encountered some issues with the water spray and durability. However, after reaching out to the seller, they promptly replaced the defective slide with a new one, and everything is working perfectly now! The 3-way sprinkler system on the new slide works great, providing even water distribution across all lanes. This ensures a smooth and fun sliding experience without any dry spots. The kids love it, and it’s been an absolute hit at outdoor gatherings! The lanes are the perfect width for safe sliding, and the bodyboards glide smoothly now, adding even more excitement to the playtime. Attaching the hose and adjusting the water flow was much easier with the new product, and once set up, it performs exactly as advertised. We’ve used it multiple times, and there’s been no damage to the seams or holes forming, which speaks to the improved durability. The grass underneath is doing fine as long as we remove the slide immediately after a couple of hours use and let it dry properly after use. The bright, vibrant colors are a fantastic bonus, and they really make the slide stand out in the backyard. This double wide slide is perfect for summer fun and has enough room for 2 smaller kids to go down at the same time. We had just one kid go down at at time and liked the wideness since our grass is lower on one side it allowed more room for sliding down. Easy to attach hose that directs water to shoot up from both sides. Not sure if the water shooting up goes all the water to the center. Has pillow' style at bottom to cushion the landing. So far, it's the best slide we have ever owned. Easy to setup, water filled and sprinkled in seconds from starting the hose, the stakes stayed in the yard and NO rips after the first use. The sprinkles freely flowed from all holes and there were no dead spots and the kids were able go slide and build up speed that took them past the end of the slide. We have only used it with two kids but so far it's great. The inflatable boogie boards were very durable and held up to my kids trying all forms of flips and tricks with them including their weight while sliding (9yr & 13yr). Two things to note: First, after setting it up and turning the water on you have to walk the perimeter of the slide and adjust it by turning the edges inward. After adjusting then the sprinkles stay flowing onto the slide instead of the surrounding grass. If your kids slide past the end of the slide then it may need flipped inward again. It's easy to do and keeps the slide slick. Second, the nozzle that connects to the hose leaks and I mean LEAKS. We had to keep the hose on high to keep the water sprinkling at a good height but a lot of water leaks at the connector and will flood the nearby grass, sidewalk, flowerbeds ect. It is a bummer that so much water is lost before reaching the slide and I wish that piece was sturdier. I am going to try to seal it myself and hope that helps. Overall, it's worth it. Anyone know how to contact customer service? I read they are helpful! My kid has absolutely loved this and has enjoyed it 7-8 times over the last month. Unfortunately, there are huge rips on the seams between the blue and yellow lane and between the yellow and red lane. And our bigger issue is that the water has nearly stopped flowing altogether on one side, and is half as strong as it was, at best, on the other side. Can't identify any holes or leaks though. Have tried the trouble shooting that I read about in the reviews here (turning water pressure on slowly) Appreciate any help! My kid is missing getting to play with it! thanks ... show more

My parents bought this for the kids for the Fourth of July and it was an absolute hit!! The kids loved every minute of it and it kept them busy for hours. It is nicely made and holds up really well. Anyone one of any age can use it and have a good time. The youngest age on it was 2 years old and the oldest from 34. It looks just like the picture. We went with the three lane one so that more of them could go down at once if they wanted to. It also came with 3 body boards to go down with. As soon as you turn the water on and it starts spraying the slide then you slide down down perfectly! This is honestly fun for the whole family! ... show more

UPDATE: after my review the seller contacted me and offered a replacement or full refund. This was above and beyond in my opinion bc as I said in my review we didn’t get to use it until after the return window had closed. I will definitely be purchasing in the spring from them again! Their products get great reviews, thus why I purchased from this company. Amazing customer service and I’ve been working in customer service for 30 years! I got this for my nieces, unfortunately I became ill this summer and it sat unopened until two weeks ago we had a really warm day so we got it out and we’re so excited and the water only came up a cpl inches. Now it’s too late to return and I had to spray water on it just so the girls could have a quick go at it. Really disappointing. I saw some peoples advice to use a short hose, mine was not long but I borrowed my neighbors and same thing. There was an area that looked like maybe it was cut, idk if that was the problem but major bummer. ... show more
