At first glance, I thought these were very beautiful skates and upon receiving them, I was surprised that they looked exactly like the picture. They probably look better in person. However.........the standard wheels on these seem to be outdoor wheels. The first thing I noticed is how sticky feeling the wheels were. These are good beginner skates at a good price. The color and size options and combinations are numerous! You're sure to find a size/color combo to suit what you're looking for. I measured the foot per the recommendation in the description and the skates are a perfect fit! Skate sizes are different from shoe sizes; generally skates run a full size bigger. Having the skate just a tad bigger is helpful to accommodate wearing thick or an Xtra pair of socks. The wheel bearings are a bit stiff, but a spray of WD-40 on each wheel has resolved the issue. The wheels are good quality, hard rubber and should last a long time with normal use. The brake stops are made of the same material. The upper is not genuine leather, but it is made well enough and strong enough to stand up to the needs of a begging skater, and would last a seasoned skater a very long time. What I did not like about the skates are the chucks, they are made of hard plastic and not metal. The wheel axles are metal and adjustable to allow for freer movement in turns and tricks. Used my skates for the first time and my left foot skate was skating fine but the right foot skate kept skating to the left. Something is wrong with the alignment of them. I know how to skate I’ve been skating for 10 years, these skates were not made correctly.

1. They're actually iridescent in person. Not as much as the photograph but still enough. 2. Good price. 3. I typically wear a 10 in women's shoes and I bought a 9 like they recommended and it fit well like a 10. 4. Sturdy quality so far. I've only worn them a few times though.

I am loving these roller skates! Finally, I own my own skates instead of renting used pairs at the skating rink. The wheels light up when skating, making it even safer to skate outdoors at night. The skate's size is accurate. I wear size 6 for sneakers, and I ordered the same for the skates. Aside from their comfort and good quality, they are absolutely adorable.
