Poor humidity regulation. Little success hatching chicks, poor stacking design - difficult to manage eggs on lower levels. I’m an experienced homesteader and have hatched plenty of chicks in other incubators. This is a bad design with poor insulation and no instruction manual.

This is the 2nd one I have bought. They work awesome when you use all layers. When you decide to use only one layer it's not very good at keeping humidity or temperature.

Incubator works great when assembled properly. Save the FOAM for use (see picture). The humidity control valve is easy to adjust at the top. And there’s cute little audio chirps as warnings for temp changes. Refer to image for packaging to keep.

The product itself appears to be of good quality. The directions on the other hand were horrible!! Pictures were hard to see and it gives you directions for about every unit they had EXCEPT the one I purchased. For example, I purchased the 170 egg incubator. The closest direction it had was for 120 eggs. Still not 💯 sure on how to program it but I will play with it and hopefully figure it out. Again, the product itself is of good quality. I've had several incubators and non has been this inconsistent. It is quite cheaply made... I looked at it upon assembling and thought this won't last long, it hasn't even made it one hatching yet! The foam only covers the bottom I'm sure sure what good this does??? It does not hold temperature, I'm 3 days in on my eggs and cannot keep consistent temp nor humidity levels. Now I have 100 eggs that I've had shipped to me and this thing doesn't do the job it's supposed to do. I am so disappointed and frustrated beyond belief. I'm not a novice at hatching so it's not due to lack of experience. Whoever is over this company that makes these incubators I hope you get this and do reevaluate this terrible setup I spent 170 on this and a fortune on eggs. ... show more
