I’m on my second bag of this jerky since I don’t eat red meat. The first bag’s jerky was rather dry and I was fine with that. The flavor was great. The second bag’s jerky is softer and chewier so I’m unsure which it’s supposed to be - dry or moist. A little concerning but I’m eating either way.

Ok folks. I’m 72 years old and I’ve eaten a lot of jerky in my lifetime. This by far is the Best Jerky I have ever eaten. Do yourself a big favor and buy some. I guarantee you be back for more.
