Bought this for a work thing. Wanted to be different but inline with jerky and I guess that is where I messed up. This stuff isn't jerky. The flavors were good and that's what pushed it from a three star to a four. Fine to try, but doubt I'll ever buy again. My coworkers "liked it" but didn't say much more than that. Just received my second order. Having recently started a carnivore diet, I have found it hard to find snacks that are sugar free. If you look around at your local grocery store with the name brands we are all familiar with, you will find the sugar content shocking. Here is a nice treat for jerky lovers. All flavors are fire. For those who commented they had mold on their orders, that sucks and sorry that happened. All bags I have totally enjoyed were fire and all pieces were fine. Also compare other competitors prices on Amazon, this seems to be a decent value It's a treat and when I intend to treat myself and indulge it's going to be this company's products. I've had biltong before, in South Africa, my wife is from there. After eagerly waiting several weeks to try out a new brand of biltong, upon opening the package I saw the BEST BY date of 11/06/2023 ! What?!?! 2023 - that's ridiculous. Very disturbing and disappointing.
