Product itself seems to be of good quality. The only problem I had was the predrilled holes didn’t line up. I had to drill new holes in the plastic cover then again in the metal bracket so they would line up. That added another 30 minutes to the installation process.

I have two crank up vents in my 2013 camper. One of them started leaking a little. Luckily it was over the toilet so that wasn't that big of a deal. A little silicone caulk and it was patched. The other one was over my mattress. Big problem. I ordered this 2-pack and was a little apprehensive about replacing them. I watched a youtube video and it helped. It was prettty straight forward. The first one took 30 minutes because I ended up having to take down the screen by removing the whole inside frame. After that it was 10 minutes to take apart the lifting mechanism and remove and replace the cover itself. The second one took about 10 minutes. Well worth the time and money. It makes my camper look a lot newer and I know I won't have to worry about any more leaks! ... show more

This is the most tedious time-consuming project installation. I have ever done on this RV. The screws are so small. You can barely hold them in place finally got one installed probably will not do the other one.

I replaced my broken covers with these but the original vents were not the same. After modifying the mounts I had to use split rubber hose to lift the cover and keep it installed.
