This is about what we expected for the price, but looks a little bit nicer than the black or white shelving units you can buy at Walmart. The wood look makes it look like a real wooden cabinet, and will probably hide scratches and marks better than a flat color. We needed something to fit between our kitchen cabinets and patio door to put dog stuff in and it works perfectly. The measurements are accurate and it's easy to assemble. I'm very impatient and was able to get this put together in about 30 minutes, with everything fitting square and tight. It sits flat and doesn't wobble. If you need a cheap cabinet, this one is pretty decent, just understand that it's still lightweight cheap materials, not real wood. I would buy it again. ... show more

    • Very well designed and solid once assembled all holes and connections line up nicely
Instructions are only diagrams, so you have to do a little analysis to figure it out. Once you get going its very easy to assemble, but lots of pieces. Again I say, if you can assemble furniture, this is a really solid piece and everything fits well so its a good buy and will hold up well.

This cabinet is very cute and the color matched very well to the pictures shown at time of purchase. Although It holds together and looks nice, I find it to be wobbly. Parts of mine, such as one of the cabinet doors as well as one of the handles came scratched. I got mine on sale and in my opinion it still wasn’t worth the price. ... show more

We’re not buying a masterpiece here, just a low cost cabinet. The directions are exceptionally well done and the design is extremely easy to put together if you pay really close attention, study it well before you get started, and follow the instructions EXACTLY. Every piece is very well labeled. I have very arthritic hands and with patience and determination I managed to assemble it by myself…and without a drill, just a phillips screwdriver. The final result is very sturdy. The boards themselves are strong and straight, but the finishing paint job quality is less than great. As I said, we aren’t paying for a masterpiece or high quality furniture here. I would buy it again if I needed another one. ... show more
