I bought this because of it's features. Typical air mattresses are a pain to put back together once it's been used. They never fold back up properly and fit nicely in the bag that most come with. I also got it because of the height. The tallest air mattress is about 22 inches. I'm 5'5 and 300 lbs. Getting off a low couch is hard for me. Even though it loses some air at night, I am still able to get off of it with ease due to the frame. I assume it folded back up nicely, my niece doesn't let me put anything back when I come visit. I spent a month at my parents’ place after they downsized and ordered this along with a memory foam topper to sleep on in their home office. I’m incredibly impressed with how easy it was to inflate, deflate, and roll away. Overall, the most comfortable air mattress I’ve ever slept on. It didn’t make a ton of noise as I moved around, and barely needed to reinflate after a few days like other air mattresses. Being off the ground also made a huge difference. Deflating and putting away was a breeze. The legs fold in as it deflates, making it super easy to push the legs together to store. I will say it does help to have another person there to help hold the sides together to zip the case back up, but that was likely more user error on my part. The one con I’d offer is that the electric air pump is rather loud, but it’s quick enough and automatically shuts off when deflating! Can’t speak fully to the durability yet, but I’ll be back there next month and will be happy enough to sleep on it again! ... show more

Assembled well, I liked this bed a lot for the first several uses. I have now had it for eight months, but have used it only a handful of times. Now after it is fully inflated, it deflates within a hour. The manufacturer says they back its durability for a year, and I have been trying to contact them for days to ask about the warranty information, but nobody will speak to me. After hours waiting on hold with the customer support line, the call is answered and drops within seconds. I am very disappointed. This was not inexpensive, and customer support has been really frustrating. I don't know if I can expect them to help with a replacement and honor their guarantee or not. ... show more

This bed is not your average air mattress!!!!! My elderly father had to have this due to dementia! It’s very comfortable, and super sturdy! What I love the most is that you can travel with it! Just make sure it’s deflated fully so you can zip it up!

I was impressed with how easy it was it set up and take down with a push of a button and folds up into a zippered case for storage.
