Love this crinkle toy. Great size. About palm sized maybe a little bigger. Pretty safe. It recommends hand washing the teether and to not wash the crinkle fabric. So I guess it just needs a wipe down. My daughter isn’t at the age of teething yet, so I’ll update this once she gets there.
